Definition of Well integrity Well integrity process is:Application of technical , operational and
organizational solutions to reduce risk of uncontrolled release of well bore fluids through out the life cycle of a well, to avoid harm to people , environment and assets and the required barriers and assurance task in place to prevent this .
This well integrity standard addresses the operate phase of the well from well construct hand over to abandonment only.
Team 1 topics ( Gary )1. Organisation R&R2. Information management3. Well hand over
1. Well design basis2. Traceability of SCE materials
4. People & competence5. Procedures 6. Management of change7. KPI’s metric’s8. Assessment health check ( system)
