OBJECTIVES
PROGRAMME COMMITTEE
3AF – The French Aerospace Society – organizes OPTRO 2018, the 8th International Symposium on OPTRONICS IN DEFENCE AND SECURITY, from 6th to 8th February, 2018.
OPTRO is the European event for engineers and scientists in the fields of Optronics.
For its 8th edition, OPTRO2018 will gather all the leading specialists from government, industry, university and laboratories, and give opportunity to implement fruitful exchanges between colleagues of different countries and disciplines.
OPTRO2018 will begin on February 6th with a plenary session and present the status on recent advances in Optronics in the fields of Defence and Security and on the perspectives that Photonics offers in the near future, covering the
current aspects of Optronics but also addressing emerging technologies in Photonics.
OPTRO2018 will host an exhibition the 7th and 8th February 2018, within the conference centre, offering to all attendees and exhibiting companies in Optronics areas an opportunity to exchange on technical know-how and products.
The OPTRO 2018 Award will be attributed on February 7th 2018.
PhD’s communications will be included in symposium sessions and will be highlighted by the OPTRO 2018 best PhD communication Award.
A Technical Visit of Safran reosc is organized the day after the Symposium, on February 9th, 2018. (clearance needed)
