CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation received in writing 30 days prior to the conference are eligible for a refund, subject to 15% cancellation fees. Cancellations received less than 14 days from the date of the conference are not eligible for refund. Substitute attendees are however welcome.

However, circumstances beyond the control of the organisers may necessitate substitutions or cancellation of speakers and/or topics.
