– “Internet – Client” module (access to the accounts through https://ib.halykbank.kz) allows fulfilling of different bank operations through the bank site, as well as tracking of the current status of accounts

– “Online statement" module (access to the accounts through https://ibank.halykbank.kz) allows seeing account remainder and account statement by use of login and password

• For remote banking Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan uses solutions of “Bank Soft System’s» company (Saint Petersburg)

Which module to chooseWhich module to choose

• “Bank – Client” module– designed for the work on PC on which we install software of “Internet banking for

corporate clients” system module. Besides that, the software with the database can be installed on a portable digit carrier (USB Flash drive) and you work by connecting the carrier to the PC. Payment documents are formed on the local PC (or on the digit carrier), then the connection with the bank is performed and payments are transmitted to the bank. Reference information of the client (employees, counterparts, Code of Payment Purpose, Code of Budget Classification and etc.) is located and corrected locally on the client’s PC, thereby the work with module “Bank – Client” flows faster than in “Internet – Client” module.

• “Internet – Client module»– designed for the work on any PC in any part of the world in Internet through the

site of the bank https://ib.halykbank.kz. As the payment documents are formed immediately on the bank server, the permanent connection with the bank is necessary, even on the stage of documents preparation. Reference information of the client (employees, counterparts, Code of Payment Purpose, Code of Budget Classification and etc.) is placed on the bank server. Subscription fee for the Internet – Client module is lower than for “Bank – Client” module.

– option of use of both modules of the System, but only in the presence of two EDS

– is used in the case when an executive wants to sign all documents sent by his accountant

– works when the module “Bank – Client” has the First Signature, and the module “Internet – Client” the

Second one• accountant prepares a document in the “Bank –Client” module, signs it by the first signature, and sends to the bank

• director, being in another part of the world, accesses the server and signs the document by the second signature and the

bank performs the document

• Approval option

– option of confirming all or certain payment documents prepared by your accountant having only one EDS

– only in the “Bank – Client” module

– adjustment of the approval option can be performed as on one PC so on several PCs with the access to the

unified database

– approval can be adjusted only for certain documents as well (e.g. only for payment orders) and establish a

filter by the sum, for instance

– approvals will work only for the documents amounting over 10 000 KZT
