Introduction

I have done my internshipDARSON INDUSTRIES (PVT) LIMITED WAZIRABAD- PAKISTANin under theUniversity of gujrat from 18th March to 26thJuly 2015 in 12 different departments. I was very passionate to doing work in industries and I learned a lot during my internship. I worked in many departments and meet different professionals who were working under the University of Gujrat. At the beginning of the internship I formulated several learning goals, which I wanted to achieve:

I. To understand the functioning and working conditions ofuniversity of gujrat;II. To see what is like to work in a professional environment;

III. To see if this kind of work is a possibility for my future career;IV. To use my gained skills and knowledge;V. To see what skills and knowledge I still need to work in a professional environment;

VI. To learn about the organizing (planning, preparation, permissions etc.);VII. To get industries work experience/collect data in an environment unknown for me;

VIII. To get experience in working;IX. To enhance my communication skills;X. To build a link

I set these goals before the startup of my internship.

This internship report contains my activities that have contributed to achieve a number of my stated goals. In the following chapter a description of the organization and the activities is given.

University of gujrat Pakistan

University of gujratPakistan is a govt sector autonomous body working under the Federal Government of Pakistan. It was established on 7th December, 1982 as an autonomous body. Prior to its creation, a Civil Aviation Department in the Ministry of Defence used to manage the civil aviation related activities.

The day of 7th December has significance, as it coincides with the date of creation of International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) in 1944 as a result of the famous Chicago Convention. Incidentally, the United Nations have declared 7th December as the International Civil Aviation day and celebrated as such every year all over the World. All kinds of Civil Aviation related activities are performed by CAA including the regulatory, air traffic services, airport management, infrastructure and commercial development at the airports, etc.

Recently, university of gujratunderwent Restructuring and Change Management process to meet the present and future challenges. This organizational transformation process identified Structure, Culture, Skills, and Rewards as four tracks on which simultaneous emphasis is being laid. The Vision, Mission, and Core Values have been identified. Wide-angle buy-in process by CAA senior management with staff and lower levels for bridging communication gaps between different hierarchical levels of the organization has been taken. As a result of the Restructuring process, the fundamental organization structure has been balanced to focus on three core areas namely Regulatory, Air Navigations Services, and study Services. These Core / Line functions are fully supported by the various corporate functions of the organization.

The restructuring process has helpeduniversity of gujrat Pakistan to fully focus on:

I. Strengthening its safety and security oversight role as per International Civil Aviation Organization requirements and standards.

II. To facilitate growth of the infrastructure development (Study and Study Campus) on a fast-track basis. Private sector participation in the process is also being encouraged.

III. Enhanced Regulatory and air space management capabilities. Moreover, emphasis is being laid on commercialization of its assets and land with improved teacher / student service standards, benchmarked with top performing international University

IV. Development of a New Aviation Policy for the country in consultation with the Ministry of Defence, Planning Commission, Bank, and Aviation Experts (Expected to be considered by the Cabinet for approval shortly).

V. Investing in Human resource development through structured approach with particular focus on quality of people and enhancing their professional capability.

Quality work on new initiatives is in progress such as introduction of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Health, Security, Safety, and Environment (HSSE), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Ethics Management Program, Student feedback mechanism at the University, Employees Performance Management system, benchmarking, outsourcing of non-core and wasteful activities, etc. Recently, we have embarked upon a challenging phased program to acquire international standards of Integrated Management System (IMS) in CAA.

The head oftheQuality assurance department is Sir Shames Ali. He provided us too many information. TheQuality assurancedepartment deals the entireQuality plan which is

operating from QualityDARSON INDUSTRIES (PVT) LIMITED WAZIRABAD- PAKISTAN. TheQuality plan submits by the Qualityperson to theQuality controller. ThisQuality plan submission time is 2hour before the international Quality and 1hour for domesticQuality. The Qualitycontroller checkout all the information on the Qualityplan and after checkout all the information he gives the permission to RubberQuality. After the permission theQuality plan sent to the next person to send the destination Industries. Here the person sent this Qualityplan with the help of this software AMHS (aeronautical message handling system). This software works on intranet.

QualityplanQuality plans are documents filed by an Engr. orQuality  dispatcher with the local Civil Aviation Authority prior to departure which indicate the Quality's planned orQuality  path.Quality Plan form specified in the documentQuality  which usually include basic information such as points of departure and arrival, and estimated time en industry, alternate Industry in case of bad weather, type ofQuality (whether instrumentQuality rules [IQR] or visualQuality rules [VQR]), And information on the commander, the number of people on board on the same plan. In most countries, required by the IQRQualityplan, but it may be optional only visualQuality across international borders. Recommended that the Quality plan, too, especiallyQuality over inhospitable areas, such as water, they also provide a reminder to rescue personnel, means if the Quality delays. In the United States and Canada, when the Rubber crossed the air defense identification zone (ADIZ), whether instrumentQuality rules or visual special type of request must be submitted DVFR (Defense VQR)Quality plan rules. For IQRQuality, theQuality plan used byQualityRubber controllers began tracking services and guidance. For VQRQuality , and the only purpose is to provide the necessary information, you must find and rescue operations need or use byRubberQualitycontrol "specialQuality rules area"Quality Rubber". ATS Message Handling System (AMHS)

ATS Message Handling System (AMHS) also known as Aeronautical Message Handling System is a standard for aeronautical ground-ground communications (e.g. for the transmission of NOTAM, Industry Plans or Meteorological Data) based on X.400 profiles. It has been defined by the ICAO.

ICAO Doc 9880 Part II defines two fundamental levels of service within the ATSMHS;

Basic ATSMHS and

The Extended ATSMHS.

Additionally, ICAO Doc 9880 (Part II, section 3.4) outlines different subsets of the Extended ATSMHS. The Basic ATSMHS performs an operational role similar to the Aeronautical Fixed Telecommunication Network with a few enhancements. The Extended ATSMHS provided enhanced features but includes the Basic level of service capability; in this way it is ensured that users with Extended Service capabilities can inter-operate, at a basic level, with users having Basic Service capabilities and vice-versa.

The ATSMHS is provided by a set of end systems, which collectively comprise the ATS Message Handling System. The systems co-operate to provide users (human or automated) with a data communication service. The AMHS network is composed of interconnected ATS Message Servers that perform message switching at the application layer.

Direct users connect to ATS Message Servers by means of ATS Message User Agents. An ATS Message User Agent supporting the extended level of service will use the Basic level of service to allow communication with users who only support the Basic ATSMHS. (AMHS, 2013)

Revenue management work also done in the difference department. All the industry services add in this software. These services may are

Internet usage Parking Holiday Restaurant Break time Guest house Etc.

The software used to calculate this revenue is Industry 2020.

The 20/20 staff information intranet addresses the unique information requirements of an Industry. Using browser-based technology this solution provides users with information specifically tailored to their role at the Industry. This means that every member of the Industrycommunity, whether they are staff, customs officers, ground handlers, TSA, or re-feelers, will get targeted information that meets their exact requirements.

7. Interactive voice response (IVR) - automated telephone service

20/20 offers a range of systems designed to assist in delivering exceptional service. 20/20's interactive voice response (IVR) module is an automated and centralized approach to dealing with customer service requirements and enquiries via telephone. As IVR automates routine enquiries, staff can focus on handling more complex issues, offering you operational efficiency benefits.

8. Incident management system

The 20/20 incident management system tracks all incident related activities within yourIndustry, from lost and found through to security alerts. The system is designed to track activity, assign essential tasks to the correct people and provide tools for successful resolution.

9. Common use Customer processing system (CUCPS)

Industry are now able to processcustomer more efficiently and at lower cost by implementing the 20/20 common usecustomerprocessing system (CUCPS). The advent of affordable technology now provides with better ways to processcustomer and their baggage using their own software and IT systems from a common use environment.

These all are the information I learned at theIndustry Quality department. We also fill many IndustryQuality plans in this department.

IMS (integrated management system)

IMS department is one of the departments of CAA. Here we can learn a lot from SIR Naeem toorand SIR Haseeb butt. Main objective of integrated management system (IMS) department combines all related components of a business into one system for easier management and operations. Quality (QMS), Environmental (EMS), and Safety (OHS) management systems are often combined and managed as an IMS. These are not separate systems joined together, rather they are integrated with linkages so that similar processes are seamlessly managed and executed without duplication. IMS components common to all the systems include the resources (people, facilities & equipment, etc.) and processes (documented in the QMS/EMS/OHS and applied throughout the organization)

Advantages of IMS

The main advantage of having a truly integrated system is that there are elements of all three Standards that are similar or the same:

I. All three Standards have a document control requirementII. The control of records is specified in all three

III. Training, competence and awareness is seen in all threeIV. All three have a requirement for internal auditingV. Management review is seen as critical for all three

VI. Standards Monitoring and measuring devices are referred to in eachVII. Continual improvement is key to all three

VIII. Corrective and Preventative Action are major requirements

An IMS can therefore reduce the auditing time on site because some elements only need to be verified once rather than for each separate management system. BY avoiding duplication of systems it should also lead to a more efficient management process.

Here we read the documents of CAA name as;

I. Control of nonconforming products/ services & corrective/ preventive actionsII. Document and record control

III. External auditIV. Internal auditV. Management review

VI. IMS policy standards

These are the documents which we can read in the IMS department. Here we know that how to control the quality and safety. The persons were working in this department well trained and their mind are really extra ordinary I really too much like these peoples.

PDCASomething needs to change: Something's wrong, and needs to be fixed, and you've worked hard to create a credible vision of where you want it to be in future. But are you 100% sure that you're right? And are you absolutely certain that your solution will work perfectly, in every way?

Where the consequences of getting things wrong are significant, it often makes sense to run a well-RubberIndustry project. That way if the pilot doesn't deliver the results you expected, you get the chance to fix and improve things before you fully commit your reputation and resources.

So how do you make sure that you get this right, not just this time but every time? The solution is to have a process that you follow when you need to make a change or solve a problem; a process that will ensure you plan, test and incorporate feedback before you commit to implementation.

A popular tool for doing just this is the Plan-Do-Check-Act Cycle. This is often referred to as the Deming Cycle or the Deming Wheel after its proponent, W Edwards Deming. It is also sometimes called the Shewhart Cycle.

Deming is best known as a pioneer of the quality management approach and for introducing statistical process control techniques for manufacturing to the Japanese, who used them with great success. He believed that a key source of production quality lay in having clearly defined, repeatable processes. And so the PDCA Cycle as an approach to change and problem solving is very much at the heart of Deming's quality-driven philosophy. (IMS, 2011)

The four phases in the Plan-Do-Check-Act Cycle involve:

Plan: Identifying and analyzing the problem.

Do: Developing and testing a potential solution.

AHSAN JABBAR

Page 25: Internship at Darson Industries (Pvt) Limited

DARSON INDUSTRIES (PVT) LIMITED WAZARIBAD-PAKISTAN

Check: Measuring how effective the test solution was, and analyzing whether it could be improved in any way.

Act: Implementing the improved solution fully.

1. PLANEstablish the objectives and processes necessary to deliver results in accordance with the expected output (the target or goals). By establishing output expectations, the completeness and accuracy of the spec is also a part of the targeted improvement. When possible start on a small scale to test possible effects.

2. DO

Implement the plan, execute the process and make the product. Collect data for charting and analysis in the following "CHECK" and "ACT" steps.

3. CHECK

Study the actual results (measured and collected in "DO" above) and compare against the expected results (targets or goals from the "PLAN") to ascertain any differences. Look for deviation in implementation from the plan and also look for the appropriateness and completeness of the plan to enable the execution, i.e., "Do". Charting data can make this much easier to see trends over several PDCA cycles and in order to convert the collected data into information. Information is what you need for the next step "ACT".

4. ACT

Request corrective actions on significant differences between actual and planned results. Analyze the differences to determine their root causes. Determine where to apply changes that will include improvement of the process or product. When a pass through these four steps does not result in the need to improve, the scope to which PDCA is applied may be refined to plan and improve with more detail in the next iteration of the cycle, or attention needs to be placed in a different stage of the process.

At the last day they give us and presentation to present this department in the auditorium.

Human resource departmentHuman resources are the set of individuals who make up the workforce of an organization, business sector, or economy. "Human capital" is sometimes used synonymously with human resources, although human capital typically refers to a more narrow view (i.e., the knowledge the individuals embody and can contribute to an organization). Likewise, other terms sometimes used include "manpower", "talent", "labour", or simply "people".

The professional discipline and business function that oversees an organization's human resources is called human resource management (HRM, or simply HR).

Staffing management is a tedious task that requires careful planning. The human resource managers lead people who are capable of finding professionals and skilled workers necessary to fill in key positions in a company. The goal is to make sure that the right persons are chosen to fill in those vacancies. However, that is only the initial stage of the process. After hiring, the HR department is also responsible for providing key trainers who can guide newly-hired persons to fulfill their jobs in accordance to the goals and standards set by the company. Moreover, it is their duty to ensure that all employees are performing their duties well. (HRM, 2015)

Main Responsibilities of the HR DepartmentEach company or organization’s staffing management differs in terms of responsibilities. Nonetheless HR managers may or may not be assigned duties with regards to event sponsorship, team building activities, philanthropic efforts, administration, review of benefits, and community relations.

Implement Human Resources ProgramsThe HR manager and staff ensure that each HR program is implemented according to plan, endeavor to identify key opportunities for growth and development, make improvements in employee performance, and resolve problems. Here are other related tasks:

Improve the performance of each member of the department to ensure that everyone is doing his or her best efforts to help to provide HR services.Plan and monitor outgoing finances for events like employee recognition, charity, sports activities, and general HR services.Conduct training and study of human resources programs and practices to ensure that everyone on the HR team is up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies used in human resourcing.Participate in company seminars, workshops, meetings and other events that should involve their participation.

Manage HR Information SystemsIt is the HR manager’s task to find the best HR information system that would work best for the company. Today, most managers hire people to set up websites that make use of high-technology recruitment software to make it easier for HR staff to manage job applications. The staff is also responsible for updating company information on the website, releasing newsletters, updating company profiles on external websites, and the like. The use of an effective HR information system eliminates the need to perform many manual tasks, which then cuts work-time more efficiently. However, the staffing management has to ensure that the system works properly at all times.

Provide TrainingThe HR department is responsible for providing the necessary training for various managers within the company, as well the individual employees who make up the workforce. They manage all workshops and seminars, as well as the handle employee handbooks, work manuals and reports. Other related tasks include the following:

Establish in-house training that will address the necessary responsibilities, skills, and other needs of employees. The people who comprise the staffing management are also responsible for sending employees to specific locations for cross-training.Maintain all records about employee training, including all the spending involved.

Ensure Positive Employee RelationsThe staffing management is not only responsible for hiring people, but on ensuring that all employees form good relations with the company. Hence, the HR department formulates policies and communicates them to everyone involved. They act as mediums for communication between the employees and their superiors. Hence, any problem arising within the company can be monitored and managed by the HR department.

Managing human resources is complicated, but it is necessary for the success of a company. With a capable HR department, a company will definitely rise up against all odds and meet all its goals.

Training and DevelopmentHR department is constantly keeping a watch over the employees of the organization. In order to improve the efficiency level of the employees they have to undergo regular trainings and development programmers. All trainings and development needs are carried out by this department. Training might include on the job or off the job training. Find more information on training here.

Manpower PlanningIt involves the planning for the future and finding out how many employees will be needed in the future by the business and what types of skills should they possess.

It depends on the following factors The number of people leaving the job The projected growth in sales of the business Technological changes Productivity level of the workers

Provide EmploymentThe Human Resource department provides staffing management services to the company. Hence, they are responsible for recruiting quality workforce. Their tasks include the following:Advertise job vacancies on several forms of media, primarily through the use of the Internet, but will also include newspapers, magazines, and other useful media.Screen applications effectively and interview successful applicants to determine the final candidates.Form a team of decision-makers to determine who gets hired to fill in vacant positions.

Job analysis and Job descriptionHR Department is also involved in designing the Job analysis and Job description for the prospective vacancies.

A job analysis is the process used to collect information about the duties, responsibilities, necessary skills, outcomes, and work environment of a particular job.

Job descriptions are written statements that describe the:

I. duties,II. responsibilities,

III. most important contributions and outcomes needed from a position,IV. required qualifications of candidates, andV. Reporting relationship and co-workers of a particular job.

Determining wages and salariesHR Department is also involved in conducting market surveys and determining the wages and salaries for different position in an organization. This decision may be taken in consultation with top management and the Finance department.

Recruitment and SelectionOne of the most important jobs HR departments is to recruit the best people for the organization. This is of crucial importance as the success of any organization depends on the quality of its workforce. Details regarding the recruitment and selection procedure can be found here.

Performance AppraisalOnce the employees are recruited, the HR Department has to review their performance on a regular basis through proper performance appraisals.

Performance appraisal is the process of obtaining, analyzing and recording information about the relative worth of an employee. The focus of the performance appraisal is measuring and improving the actual performance of the employee and also the future potential of the employee. Its aim is to measure what an employee does.

On the basis of performance appraisal the HR Department will set up an action plan for each employee. If the employees need any training then he provided that.

Employee welfare and motivationHappy employees mean a healthy organization. HR Department conducts various employee welfare activities which might include employees get together, annual staff parties etc. HR department also reviews organizational policies and its impact on the motivation of the employees.

Addressing employee’s grievancesHR department is the link between the workers and the management. Employee’s grievances related work environment are usually entertained and resolved by the HR Department.

Labor management relationsFor the smooth operation of any organization, it is crucial to have good labour management relations. HR department has to ensure that these relations are cordial. In case of any labour-management conflict the HR Department will play a vital role in bringing both management parties to the negotiation table and resolving the issue.

Implementing organizational policiesHR Department has to coordinate with line manager and see that the organizational policies are being implemented in a proper manner. Disciplinary action

AHSAN JABBAR

Page 38: Internship at Darson Industries (Pvt) Limited

DARSON INDUSTRIES (PVT) LIMITED WAZARIBAD-PAKISTAN

can be initiated against employees who are not following organizational rules and regulations. All these actions are conceived and implemented by the HR department.

Dismissal and redundancyHR Department has to take firm actions against employees who are not following the organizational code of conduct, rules and regulations. This can result in the dismissal of the employee.

Sometimes, an organization may no more require the services of an employee. The employee may be made redundant. HR Department has to see that organizational and government regulations are being followed in this process.

Commercial department

What is Commercial Management?“The identification and development of business opportunities and the profitable management of

projects and contracts, from inception to completion.”

Here Mr. Nadeem javedteaches us and provides us different for reading and informs us how to CAA commercial department control all the things in the Industry.

The role of a Commercial Manager is highly varied. Those working within the commercial departments of large, multinational corporations may take individual responsibility for sales, marketing, contracting, negotiations, finance, contract law or property management to name but a few.

A focus on profit and loss is a pre-requisite for anyone concerned with an organization’s activities. Sound business acumen, an aptitude with figures, an ability to view projects long-term, along with impeccable people management skills are just some of the skills needed to bring the job to life. One day you could be outlining the beginnings of a new project, the next negotiating contracts and analyzing sales figures – every day requires new skills and creates the need for a hands-on, practical approach to this talent-filled role.

The Institute of Commercial Management (ICM) recognizes the variety of skills needed by both commercial managers and anyone involved in business, and offers professional accredited courses covering all industry sectors and skills bases.

It has also published The Commercial Manager which outlines the multifarious activities demanded of a commercial manager and how such responsibilities should be approached. The book provides detailed overviews and step-by-step guides covering the following topics: Commercial awareness; Contracts; Contract performance; Commercial relationships; Negotiation; Risk management; Post-delivery risk; Project planning; Team building; and Project progression

Survey

We can do a survey of theIndustry building and finds the problem. These are given below

This stall of Rubber hoses isn’t look good. Its look like dirty so make it sure the CAA also provide some design which are at least attract theCustomer to come not to go away.

These are one shop having different color.

1. White color2. Blue dark color

This is a highly wrong color combination. Obviously they have different logo and name of shops but at least they can choose light or dark color for the Customer attraction. CAA must have to provide them the colors schemes.

As you can see the shop upper side is clear and this is free space. CAA must give an opportunity for different companies to attach their advertisement there. At least they can give an offer to shop owner for using that area.

Now this is a Darson Industry. Is it like aDarsonIndustry? At leastDarsonIndustry has the attractive front which can attract the customers to come and buy someDarsonIndustry.

Price control mechanism for food outletsFood price is a big concern when you are working under a big organization. It defines your quality

and amount of the product which you provide to your customer. InDARON INDUSTRY (PVT) LIITED WAZARIBAD PAKISTAN the food price is a big concerning point. During my study I got a lot of experience to the shops which are locating in the Industry. The prices of the food or any of the other products are very high. Most of the time they charge 70% above to actual price of any product

AHSAN JABBAR

Page 40: Internship at Darson Industries (Pvt) Limited

DARSON INDUSTRIES (PVT) LIMITED WAZARIBAD-PAKISTAN

which is highly un-ethical. Mostly the shops are not having any kind of attractions which create any kind of attention for customer to come here. So here my concern that’s how to control these prices and what are the methods to resolve these issues.

Swot analyses

SWOT analysis is a useful technique for understanding the strengths and weaknesses you have, and determine all of the opportunities open to you and the threats it faces.

StrengthsIn order to meet the challenges and grasp the growth of the aviation industry events Aviational world. Each station was built in the world re-known companies in Pakistan for travelers to provide world-class service under the guidance and supervision. This site includes seven levels and a wide parking ground side, from this station almost daily customer flow ofcustomer’s maximum capacity ofcustomer every day. This fully able to meet current and future demand for air travel.

WeaknessesAs you know I am working in CAA internship of 6-weeks. During my internship I watch some problems which are the weakness of Pakistan civil aviation authority and these are given below:

Small building of DARSON INDUSTRIES (PVT) LIMITEDWAZARIBAD-PAKISTAN Old technological equipment Old software system Employees card issues

OpportunitiesThere are many opportunity for the CAAin WAZARIBAD DARSON INDUSTRIES (PVT) LIMITED. These opportunities are given below:

Big area ofIndustryallows to make building large rather than before. Its allow theIndustryapron area creation. The foreignIndustryalso a big opportunity for the CAA. They can provide the maximum service to the foreign airline and being the best aviation

authority in the world.

ThreatsSecurity has been in a state of high alert after terrorist threat CAA at theDarsonIndustry,

He was threatened by unidentified rubber hoses high and blew up theDarsonIndustry. Darson Industry authorities while the security on high alert,DarsonIndustrysecurity

force (ASF) of multiple units and have put snipers on the building. Sources also said that Customer luggage was also carefully monitored. According to sources, ASF and terrorism are also under threat in Pakistan

DarsonIndustry.

Conclusion

The report will create for the going toward “better to best” services. The basic purpose is to complete the demand of capacity and number of operations. The authority must concentrate on these things and take some decision for the bright future. These actions will avoid delaying the inevitable decline in business if a authority is bring these action then performance going up to acceptable level. I have gone many departments and I got a very different and unique knowledge from these departments. I got too much knowledge and experience while doing my internship. I shall be very thanks full specially for HR who provide and facilitate us through all mean of communication and gave us knowledge of aviation departments working and their operating procedures. RecommendationProposals or recommendations, the best course of action to a special look by official agencies. Here I recommend some new ideas to Pakistan darson industry (pvt) limited which are explained below:

Shops appearance

Creating an attractive product display can draw the customer in, promote a slow-moving item, announce a sale, or welcome a season.

Visual Display Tool Box

Before designing a product display, put together a visual display tool box to keep on hand. By having all of these items in one location it will save time in actually preparing the display.

Take time to plan the display. Consider what you want to accomplish, develop a budget and determine a central theme. You may even want to sketch your display on paper. Gather your visual display tool box, the merchandise and any props. Make sure all materials and location (tables, windows, racks) are clean. Choose a slow time of the day or build the display after hours. (display, 2010)

Elements of Effective Visual Merchandising Balance: Asymmetrical rather than symmetrical balance with the display. Size of Objects: Place the largest object into display first. Color: Helps set mood and feelings. Focal Point: Where product and props/signage and background come together. Lighting: Should accent focal point, if possible. Simplicity: Less is more so know when to stop and don't add too many items.

Once the display is finished, add appropriate signage. Take photos of the display and keep record of the product sales during the display's existence. Save your information in a file folder for easy reference. By documenting its success, you can re-create the display next year or if it flops, you can make sure you don't repeat the same mistakes.

Like any other aspect of retailing, creating an attractive display takes a little skill and lots of trial and error. Keep working at designing eye-catching and innovative ways to make your retail store profitable through visual merchandising.

List of product The sale managers who are running these shops must provide a list of all the products information which he went to start at the shop.

PricesAll these products buying cost must be mention on that list. The organization must have an idea to the actual cost of these food products. Keeping a finger on the pulse of market prices by regular price comparisons can reduce rubber hoses cost. A standard price approved by the organization which is best for both customer and seller.

Receipt of billCosting recipes/menus provides to the customer when he/she buy anything from the shop. A stamp or name of the organization must be mentioned on that list. It is a right way for selling any product and ensure that customer we are not charging high prices.

Accurately cost recipes also provide valuable information for sales mix analysis and menu engineering.

This is not a tough work to do. The shop keeper only required scanner for products and a machine for receipt.

An IdeaTheIndustrycustomer stay area does not contain any kind of that shop which is containing an attention for thecustomer. Theindustry authority must have to notice this entity. In my point of view at Darson industry (PVT) limited wazaribad Pakistan the CAA authority must contribute an offer to the different company for come atindustry and provide attractive type of offer which creates an attention for the customer.  There is must be an upscale indoor/outdoor guest house withrestaurants, workshops and a nice theatre. The variety of workshops are may be small or large however there is a must be an outlet store here where you can find some pretty good deals on name-brand and rubber . It easy for thecustomer to pass his/her time.

I explained also my recommendation about rubber and workshops which are the necessary for theindustry but now I would like to explain the building of theindustry. (building, 2014)

The Darson industry (PVT) limited wazaribad Pakistan building is small as well when you look at the capacity. Here one problem is that the capacity do not compete the demand. Most of the time I watch thecustomer don’t have a place to sit or stay. If there is a lot of customer are keep on then security threat also be a concerning point. If customer more than threat obviously more. So my concerning point is to extend the building of the Industry. TheIndustry authority has their own

place too much and I saw many of the places are empty and the authority have to make or build something there.

My concerning point is to extend the building to the half parking area and half of the parking area used for concourse hall. In empty space build a parking area.

The remaining empty space can be used for many of the others purpose for example
