MAKING CALLS TO BUILDERS:

• Write a script & memorize it, but

don’t read from it, just use it as a

guideline.

• Be genuine. Speak to them like

you would to your friend.

• Ask follow up questions if they

say, “No.”

• Convince them that our service

will benefit them and to just come

see our design center

MEETING WITH CLIENTS:

• Listen to their opinion

• Go with what they want

• Give them lots of options

• Let them be a part of the design

process, if they want

• Work with their budget

• Take lots of notes and keep

copies, it will come in handy later

• Keep practicing AutoCAD

• Watch how designers work and

learn from them
