Acordplus is looking for a proficient person interested in teaching English language

in Chisinau, Moldova. The description of the work is stated below.

Working Conditions:

Hours of Work: 15:00 – 21:00 (Mon-Fri)

Salary: $470

Duration: 3months (October to December)

Find the descriptions below:

1. Organize and provide lesson plans according to topics to be studied with in

the deadlines approved by School Director. Maintain effective and efficient

record keeping procedures and track them online (number of students,

attendance sheets, final tests results, etc.)

2. Provide a positive environment in which students are encouraged to be

actively engaged in the language learning process. Communicate effectively,

both orally and in writing, with students and other professionals on a regular

basis.

3. Manage students' behavior in the classroom by establishing and enforcing

rules and procedures. Track all the information online so that others can see

and evaluate.

4. Work together with the managers, ensuring students enrollment (forming the

groups). Be present at every meeting or training arranged by the School

Director.

5. Explain the lesson parts that were unclear for students after or before the

lesson if asked. Find the special individual approach to every student in the

class, Motivate, encourage and monitor the progress of every student.

6. Communicate necessary information regularly to students, colleagues and

director regarding students' progress and needs. Meet professional

obligations through efficient work habits such as: meeting deadlines, honoring

schedules, coordinating, lesson plans.
