INTERSPORT Australia Adidas ACE 16.1 Football Boots Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is INTERSPORT Australia (ABN 79 165 778 414) of 121 Gardenvale Road, Gardenvale, VIC 3185 (Promoter).

2. The promotion commences at 9am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on 18th February 2016, and closes at 10pm AEST on 14th April 2016.

3. Subject to clause 4, the promotion is open to Australian residents only. You must operate a public Instagram or Facebook account in order to be eligible to enter.

4. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families and their associated agencies and companies are ineligible to enter.

5. Entrants can only enter in their own name, and must be able to provide proof of identity. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of age, identity and residency at the nominated prize delivery address (to the Promoter’s satisfaction in its discretion) before issuing the prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.

6. To be eligible to win the prize you must tag minimum of one friend at another Instagram or Facebook account below the competition image as nominated by the promoter and both of you must follow @intersportau on Instagram or @INTERSPORTAustralia on Facebook.

7. You may enter the competition as many times as you like.

8. We do not accept any responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or submissions. We reserve the right to distribute and share the content we receive.

9. The winners will be decided by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Chance plays no part in the selection of the winner. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the result.

10. The winners will be advised by the Promoter via their Instagram account and be required to submit a valid email address to the Promoter within 48 hours of notification. If you do not respond within 48 hours of being notified you will forfeit your prize and the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner. We also reserve the right to select another winner in the event that you are ineligible for entry to this promotion.

11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for undelivered or incorrectly provided email information.

12. There will be up to 8 winners. Each will receive a pair of Adidas ACE 16.1 football boots, valued at $259.99 each (value of total prizes $2079.92).

13. The prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be varied. The prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

14. If the advertised prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

15. The Promoter will endeavour to send prizes within a month of the competition end date but cannot guarantee this delivery time. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost or undelivered items or incorrectly provided address details.

16. The Promoter and each of its related bodies corporate, their officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) whatsoever that is suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion, the promotion of this promotion or the receipt or use of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

17. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.

18. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. By participating you hereby release and hold Instagram harmless from any and all actions, claims, demands, damages or costs arising or resulting from this promotion.

19. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
