QUALITY
• Tourism as an intangible good: quality process system
• To create a quality product doesn’t mean to create an expensive product, but to work with a new way to organize services focused in customers’ satisfaction and in to match the offer to their needs and expectations, with the overall goal to obtain a competitive position in the market.
![Page 20: Intervención F Villamandos Tetuan 2010](https://reader031.vdocument.in/reader031/viewer/2022013003/558594d8d8b42ac76d8b4b41/html5/thumbnails/20.jpg)

the carrying capacity of supporting ecosystems.

THREE PRINCIPLES FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
• ECOLOGIC SUSTAINABILITY: To guarantee a development compatible with essential ecologic processes, biodiversity and resources preservation and maintenance.
• SOCIAL AND CULTURAL SUSTAINABILITY: To guarantee a development that increases the control of human beings on their lives, that it is compatible with the local people’ culture and values and that strengthens local identity.
• ECONOMIC SUSTAINABILITY: To guarantee a development economically efficient and that preserve resources for future generations.
![Page 26: Intervención F Villamandos Tetuan 2010](https://reader031.vdocument.in/reader031/viewer/2022013003/558594d8d8b42ac76d8b4b41/html5/thumbnails/26.jpg)
ECOLOGIC CAPACITY : number of visitors that create unacceptable environmental impacts, derived of tourists or of their requirements.
SOCIAL TOURISTIC CAPACITY: number of visitors that decrease the visitors satisfaction because of the high number of people in the area.
SOCIAL RECEPTION CAPACITY : number of visitors that creates unacceptable changes in the stability of local culture and in the attitude towards tourists.
SOME DEFINITIONS (WTO)
