Subject:Interview Call for Post Graduate Training Program at CHASCENT/KINPOE.With reference to the Written Test held on 07-December-2014, you are required to appear for an interview at the center on the date and time mentioned above. The addresses of the interview centers are mentioned at the bottom.

Please note the following:

i) A Bio Data/Security Form (containing two pages) is attached with this letter. You must bring four sets of these filled in forms at the time of interview. Non submission of security forms will show your disinterest in this program and will automatically disqualify you.ii) For security form filling, please bring ten (10) passport sized color photographs and five photocopies of your CNIC and five photocopies of CNIC of both the references (all photographs and photocopies must be attested from front).iii) You must bring following original documents along with one set of photocopies (attested) :(a) Matric Certificate along with Marks Sheet(b) F.Sc. Certificate along with Marks Sheet

(c) Detailed Marks Sheets/Transcript and/or BE/B.Sc. (Engg.) Degree(d) CNIC

(e) Domicile

(f) Final Year Project if any

iv) If your final degree is in any other field that was not mentioned in our advertisement, you must have an Equivalency Certificate from HEC/PEC stating that your degree is equivalent to any one of advertised field. Without Equivalency Certificate, you will not be considered for the Interview.v) In the interview you may be asked in-depth questions regarding:

(a) Your technology, project report (b) General Knowledge and Aptitude (c) Your career plansvi) In order to complete the interview requirements, you have to complete the following steps on the interview day:

Get verified and submit the photocopies of your educational documents with Head Joint Admission Cell. Get verified and submit the Security Clearance Forms to Head Joint Admission Cell

Appear before the Interview Board

Sign the Attendance Sheet before leaving the Centervii) Your final selection for this training program will be based on the marks of your Interview and Written Test. Your joining at the institute will depend upon your security clearance from security department.viii) This call does not, in any way, waive off your ineligibility, disqualification if warranted, nor does it condone any deficiency in your application or documents. Your case will not be considered until all advertised conditions are fulfilled including the result of your final examination.
