P o s it iv e a s p e c t s• successful initiatives and countless requests for participation from many classes, even by students that after one year still ask to be registered• students ask to add on facebook people belonging to Network Vele• and they sent several appreciation letters to the teachers even after several months• great enthusiasm of teachers and creators • provision of soft skills that contribute to the growth of boys (eg civics, ethics and politics)

S u g g e s t io n s f o r im p r o v e m e n t • external experts are more effective than teachers, excellent tutors• we recommend teachers, when possible, to take part to the LW residential class since this is a pretty new didactics • should give priority to less motivated /brighter students than the high profit ones because they would get a great advantage from it

C r it ic a l a s p e c t s• managers are the most reluctant ones to plan learning week because they are very influenced by organizational difficulties• the extreme success: they receive too many requests from schools and they are not able to satisfy them demand exceeds supply and in some cases it has been necessary to stop some classes ready to start•  learning week timetables should follow the schools one •  too much financial, organizational and design commitment
