Pos itive as pects• constant presence of 4 professors and 1 tutor (local teacher), who established an effective and constant informal dialogue with students• learning week has been a training opportunity for teachers themselves, who have discovered new ways to enhance their know-how•immediate impact and high success for the artistic workshop students didn’ t want to go home despite the long hours and difficulty• the teacher of the artistic workshop made students reflect on work that adds value to the experience• the main goal of the project was achieved integrating mathematics with other disciplines (one of the most educational value of the project)

Future s tepsThe LW is not an isolated initiative, but an experience contained in a project created by the FDS laboratory, that deals with cross culture

Critical as pects and s ugges tions for improvement• the students had no real COMPUTERS preparation this has slowed the learning process for the computer lab• the experience has been limited to the working group it would have been useful to spread this experience through an exhibition of photos and artwork s to other students but in schools there is no availability for logistical and financial organization of small events (surveillance and opening of school in the evening, decor’ s costs, extraordinary involvement of staff… )

•Principals have granted with difficulty the permission to carry out the LW during the lessons period (this LW was in June, after school, but when there were final exams)
