With majestic views of the Hudson River this space is perfect for smaller, intimate events. This space offers various options for your event needs including drop down screens, blackout windows and direct access to the Flight Deck. Capacities range from 20 to 200 people for multiple event set-ups.

These three adjacent classrooms are great for corporate meetings, break-out sessions, greenrooms and more. It can be used as one large classroom or divided into three individual rooms. Media capabilities are available in each room. Views of the Hudson give the classrooms a beautiful view of the city and plenty of ambient light.

Hangar 1 Capacity: Up to 250 people for cocktail reception

Hangar 1 offers a breath taking first impression for your guests. The large 8’ x 24’ Media Wall is available for personalizing your event. Our circular Information Desk is perfect for use as a bar or registration with 5 built-in screens also available for your use. This space is adjacent to Lutnick Theater and is great for a pre or post-reception.

The wings of our British Airways Concorde offer a beautiful backdrop to your outdoor event. Enjoys scenic views of the Hudson while entertaining with some of the best views of the Hudson River.

Our brand new park like Pier offers endless opportunities for events. Corporate picnics, concerts, festivals and seated dinners are only a few of the many possibilities for this exterior event space.



Space Shuttle Pavilion

Located on the riverside section of the Flight Deck, guests will have a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to spend an evening under the stars and a nationally registered Historic Place, the Space Shuttle Enterprise. The Intrepid Museum became its new home in June 2012.

Labor & Security including but not limited to: security manager, entrance/exit guards (guests and vendor locations), required security for all areas being used, set-up and break-down crew, in house Audio/ Video Technician, electricians, cleaning crew, heating/ventilation/air conditioning technician, and all other necessary support staff.

Museum Compensation Fees: Based on closing Hangar 3 ONLY for set-up as needed
