To maximize the impact of the health science research and to provide a go-to
center for healthcare companies we have created the Northern Health Science
Alliance (NHSA), a collaboration across eight of England's great cities across a
population of 15m people.
A functioning health partnership for the North of England
Promote the combined value of the NHSA members
Act as a front door for the North’s Health Science Research
Work with industry to secure private sector R&D in the North
Work with research funders to secure greater public sector investment in the North
Work with members to maximize the impact of their research and service reform for the health of the North & UK
