WE’RE CHANGING IT UP! IBAT FinTech Showcase is the new name for IBAT’s technology conference formerly known as TechMecca.

If you’ve participated in TechMecca over the last several years, you’ve been on the forefront of an evolving event.

Four years ago, TechMecca was the first IBAT event to introduce seven-minute stage demonstrations as an opportunity for exhibiting companies to better acquaint the audience with one of their new products or services.

“Vendors and bankers alike responded to the stage demonstrations positively,” said IBAT President and CEO Chris Williston. “The vendors like the focused opportunity to tell the story of their companies’ innovation and bankers very much like the opportunity to get more information on a company before committing to a one-on-one conversation with months of potential follow-up from a booth visit.”

This feedback from bankers underscores what IBAT has been hearing over the last several years: when bankers take time to be out of the bank, they’re looking for the most bang for their buck.

General InformationREGISTRATION INFORMATION

Conference Registration Fees$695 for up to two attendees from the same financial institution if registered at the same time. You must pre-register to be eligible for this offer. You must register before the March 15, 2017 early bird registration deadline to receive this offer. No free registrations will be granted on site. After the early bird cut-off, each registrant is $895 per person.

Registration fee includes two breakfasts, two lunches, networking reception, instruction, access to handout materials, one general session, choice of 3 of 12 breakout sessions, five demo general sessions highlighting 40 companies and all refreshment breaks.

Cancellation Policy For paid registrations, refunds will be granted less a $275 processing fee for cancellations received on or before March 15, 2017. No refunds will be granted after March 15, 2017. For free registrations, no charge will be levied if cancellation is received on or before March 15, 2017.

Free registration cancellations made after March 15, 2017 will be levied a $275 charge to cover guaranteed food and beverage expenses. Substitutions are welcome.
