How Do I Get A Foster Parent ID Badge?If you are currently a licensed DFS caregiver, whose annual home inspection is NOT scheduled to occur within the next two months, please call 702-455-0181 to make an appointment to get your foster parent ID badge. IDs will be produced at the DFS Central offices at 121 S Martin Luther King Blvd.Also, in the spirit of partnership and sharing information, you are encouraged to subscribe to the Caregiver Courier, our monthly e-newsletter, and share it with other caregivers and community partners. New Foster Friend deals will be featured in the Courier as new businesses join the program.
