• Coal The DF512 is a scalping, screening and stockpiling unit designed for a variety of uses. The DF512 is robust and economical to run and can screen/stockpile 3 products at up to 350 TPH. The DF512 is extremely portable and is able to be moved without permit in most countries due to the overall machine width (2.5m wide) The DF512 consists of a crawler track base, variable speed heavy duty feed conveyor, double deck 3.66Mx1.52M (12’x5’) screenbox, powerunit, collection conveyor and 3 integral variable speed stockpiling conveyors. It has a pendant remote control system or can be operated by radio remote control if desired.

Feed Hopper: The feed hopper is 8m³ with 4 ply variable speed heavy duty belt and impact bed under the belt to suppress the impact of material. An apron feeder option is available which has a unique pad access feature. The hopper sides fold hydraulically with the rear door folding independently to allow feed material from a crusher

Screenbox: A 2 bearing high energy screenbox offers real productivity and separation of material. The top deck comes in 3 sections and can be bofor bar, finger screen, woven mesh or punch plate depending on the application. The bottom deck comes in 2 sections and can be changed easily as screenbox lifts up hydraulically to allow easy access. Top deck is side tensioned and the bottom deck is end tensioned. Screen angle variable between 15-19°

Drive: Self contained 100 HP (75kW) Deutz diesel engine and cast iron hydraulic pumps driving cast iron motors.
