Serge is an accomplished and versatile hands-on healthcare consultant with over 20 years of healthcare consulting and increasing responsibilities for leading outpatient facilities and physician groups. She is recognized as a successful start- up person in outpatient PET and multi-modality cardiac centers. Serge has introduced leading edge advanced medical systems into the

marketplace CT, 3TMRI, Nuclear Medicine SPECT, PET (Oncology and Cardiac PET).

Serge’s creativity, skills and expertise are derived from a diverse professional career and achievements reaching across business sectors: Corporate, Government, Financial, Entertainment (Sports, Motion Picture, TV, Music and Cultural Arts), Non-Profit/Philanthropic Organizations and Healthcare.
