Bay Avenue is a residential complex with 90% apartments facing the bay and coastline of the city.The eco-friendly structures and multifunctional complex of the building lies in the heart of suburb with a unique Retail Destination, Dining Options, Hotels, Open Air Mall and other Entertainment.

With 163 apartments to be given out by Government as a part pf social integration program.

In conjunction with Meraas Holding we have designed, build and procured -700meter beach located on the JBR in one of most beautiful places of Dubai.

There also numerous restaurants and cafes, kiosks, water activity stations, marina with yachts for rent, and traditional part of the part of the beach with sun beds and canopies in the area.

This project is particularly successful at reflecting the harmony of eastern elements and patterns with modern architectural style.

Fundamental conception in restoration of this building was to attain maximum contrast between old and new epochs.

In the design of this project our specialists took into account the improvement of people’s life quality and aspired to reflect these factors even in the tiniest details of facade. Apart from creating an ultra-modern image for the building, by providing comfortable solutions for balconies our designers targeted to achieve comfort and functionality for every resident. Bright coloring of the facade particularly the combination of lemon and white shades with the glass and wood textured panelscreates the image of a building of the future

The design of this project was inspired by synthesis of bionic forms and the following geometric lines. Considering the characteristics of the local relief, we have concluded to build an architectural structure that literally will flow with the surrounding landscape.

The key architectural element of this project is the glass-made cupola backed by conical crystal column, which is entwined by a spiral staircase.

In the design of this palace both classic and national architectural elements were reflected. Deluxe wall and floor finishing manufactured of natural marble, sleek chandeliers of unconventional design, fancy mosaic compositions and panels, casings for furniture and curtains made of luxury textile are the elements complementing the unique and top-class design of the palace.

Palace is not only a multi-functional center for ceremonies but also could be efficiently used for business meetings. Preferential use of warm tones and shades as well as warm lighting gives the palace particular charm and comfort.

This luxurious villa is located on the shores of Caspian Sea and designed to be built on 2ha. Complex includes two stand-alone duplex villas with private SPA and fitness, tennis court, forest park, private parking area for 10 cars and many other facilities. There are two swimming pools in front of each villa extending along with the entire construction and sleekly flowing with the horizon. Eminence of the project is the glass-covered restaurant adjacent to the port for yachts.

Considering the specialties of local stepped relief which is gradually descending from the road to the sea our designers came up with the following idea: by the entrance side villa looks like as a one-storey villa whereas on the seaside it appears to be a duplex villa. This design solution enables the building to harmoniously flow with the surrounding environment without making any major changes in the landscape.

Location: Antalya I date: 2011 I stage: Under Construction I style: Modern

This villa has been design for a young family as a summer residence. Layout of the duplex villa is the following; there is a spacy living room, kitchen and bedroom for guests on the first floor, and 4 bedrooms with restrooms and dressing rooms on the second floor.

There are no supporting structures on the first floor and since it is closed with stained glass windows with openable sections this design solution enables to have a direct access to the swimming pool from kitchen and living room. Considering that façade is predominantly glass-made, our designers decided to use an aluminum jalousie, which could be easily adjusted from the inside of the villa.

Implementing the local practice, summer kitchen was located under the overhang cleverly created by making an extension from the second floor

Main concept of this design is to create cozy warm atmosphere with the combination of contemporary aluminum structure and Arabic style decor in one composition.

Having a unique advantage, this restaurant can operate %100 close space during summer time and fully open during winter time that gives an inviting ambiance to all people.

This project was designed in loft style. A combination of glass, dark finishes of wood and paint give an effect of industrial office space with modern furniture transforming the space into a trendy and as well as comfortable work space.

The office incorporates a lobby, series of open areas as work station, private rooms, conference spaces and a pantry.

Main concept was to create a modern reception area which is both space efficient and elegant.Unlike most of the hotels, our reception desks are in separate pre-standing units where unique blend of concrete and wood results into a beautiful balance of modern space with soft wooden touch.

Also, French Arabic Style Cafe was designed as a lovely place with fancy furniture, extraordinary partitions and bar area.

Each has been designed with different concept to accommodate different needs. The sitting can be arranged in ballroom, U shape, L shape, lecture etc.

We have used soft colors of carpets in combination with modern furniture and there are common areas between the rooms where buffet can be served.

All day dining restaurant in Mercure Hotel located on Sheikh zayed road was redesigned and extended by the request of the operator.

Our architects used in décor a lot of greenery in order to add freshness and positive mood to the guests of venue.

The venue will be divided in to two areas, indoor and outdoor, whereas outdoor area will be still under glass frame but will be represented as smoking area.

Our designers created a unique concept of the Sports Bar with elements of British Pub of 60s and 70s.The aim was to create feel of comfort as soon as the guest walk in.

The venue is divided into smoking and non-smoking area with glass partition. It’s an urban space with a feel of homely coziness.

We re-designed the rooms by enhancing the living space and creating a spa-like bathroom. Besides luxurious carpets and ultra-comfortable beds, we incorporated pieces of local art which we hope will create genuinely unique experience for the guest.

The buildingwas designed as a multifunctional complex, including spaces both for residential and business purposes.

Architectural structure resembles dynamics of smoothly crossing geometric shapes creating sophisticated geometrical formation. Considering that, the main avenue potentially might be quite noisy we have placed the residential part further in the backside, whereas the business center will be in the front side of the construction much closer to the road.

The venue designed by our architects which is being built by our team in Sofitel The Palm has to deliver a message from the worlds cuisine to its visitors not only through menu but also by its unique social design which combines unity and neutrality in our design.

Lobby lounge in Sofitel the Palm was redesigned and implemented by our architects and built team while hotel being operational. The main goal was to change dedicated area without affecting general design and to segment the area of lounge from entire lobby by creating more comfortable and private ambiance.

Shopping Center is ideally located nearby a junction of important highways. Shopping Center consists of two floors; there is a hypermarket, several shops and boutiques on the first floor, and restaurants, library, entertainment center on the second floor.

Rooftop terrace offering a magnificent view to the city adorns Shopping Center and promises to be a delightful attraction for tourists.

version 1Adhering the Azerbaijani local architectural traditions, design of this building was inspired by the synergy of mountain landscape with Caspian Sea. Idea of this project was to avoid repetitions of the same geometric forms along the entire length of the facade. The facade of the building is predominantlymade of artificial marble and glass.

version 2Unlike the first version, this one is based on echo and bio conceptions, whichis popular in the 21st century.Green plantations in visual combination with glass and metal, entwined in an artistic creation – serving as a basis for an ultra-modern facade solution.

Design concept of this project was inspired from extraordinary ideas deriving of unconventional implementation of finishing materials in certain rooms. For example, in the guest-room the entire wall behind the dining-table was designed to be of the material called onyx, a very distinctive material of the green color, lit with green light.

Another example is the panel manufactured of wallpaper executed in the 18th century style of artistic genre “Marina”.

Apartment is located on one of the skyscrapers of Baku with architecturally impressive round facade. Thus, one of the biggest accomplishments of the design has become ceiling-to-floor stained-glass windows of rounded shape opening a remarkable panorama to the city.

On residents request the floor has been made of the dark walnut color,and wall finishing and celiling of the light tones.Considering the tranquility of the wall, ceiling, and floor colors, our designer have preferentially used bright tones in furniture casings.

Within the frame of the Baku White City project, our architects and designers designed an underground passage under the Nobel Avenue. Passage with the total length of 50 meters is finished with comparably simple materials such as metal, ceramic tiles, and granite of two types. Lighting is provided with the utilization of LED lines and directed spots. Almost the entire surface of the passage is adorned with information and advertising boards, dedicated to the construction in Baku White City.

Complex includes a five-star hotel, numerous cottages, restaurants, cafes, fitness centers, spa, as well as indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Interior of each facility has been developed in a unique way with the utilization of fancy construction materials.

Considering that complex is situated nearby a forest and partially on rocky cliffs, our architects and designers tried to utilize technical characteristics of the region and create the architectural construction without inflicting any damage to the environment. All the colors and shades used in the interior are strongly connected to the traditions of Sheki, harmoniously accentuating region’s grandeur.

This café supposed to be placedin the Old City, in the very heart of Baku.Considering the local architectural style, the building was designed as an one-storey building with large French windows. The main architecturalmagnificence of the project is wooden shutters with iron canopies andiron lamps. Facade is finished with a ubiquitous for this region “Aglay” stones.

Design of this penthouse developed in accordance with the latest advancements in technology and communication. In order to build up a warm atmosphere, our designers used wood, soft interior lighting and warm wallpapers.Our designers’ primary accomplishment in the interior design of this penthouse was the ideal design of a hall smoothly turning into a guest-room where the rest zone, dining place, and bar are located. The most cherished design object of the residents is the extravagant white grand piano building up a very romantic atmosphere in the room. We have taken an individual approach in the design of each room and schemed them with particular pageantry.

Penthouse located at the top of one of the most prestigious sky-scrapers of Baku consists of two levels. Moderate tones of light colors used in the interior gives the room a special charm. Palatial halls flow into living room and staircase is finished with natural marble and wood. Penthouse includes 4 bedrooms with private dressing rooms and restrooms and each has a magnificent view to the Caspian Sea. On the whole, project appeared to be very multi-functional and remarkably cozy.
