The “Civil 3D Paradox”Most of the infrastructure industry has purchased Civil 3D, yet have struggled to fully implement it. Many folks still use it only as “vanilla” AutoCAD, unable to take full advantage of the powerful Civil 3D tools. The “Civil 3D Paradox” is that to be fully proficient with it, a good template is required, but to create a good template you have to be fully proficient. It’s a ‘catch-22’ that has hindered Civil 3D adoption across the industry.

At CTC, we understand this challenge to overcome it. We partner with our clients to train them on best practices and unique Styles creation so they can assemble and maintain their own custom template. If our client lacks the resources to build it themselves, we carefully interview them, review past templates, recommended workflow and standards improvements, and deliver a fully customized template that meets their specific workflows.

Contact us for a free fact-finding meeting. You’ll see that CTC is the solution to your “Civil 3D Paradox”.

Data Management SolutionsWith the ever-growing amounts of data used in today’s projects, Data Management is a major issue. Whether it’s tracking down the latest file version, or multi-office collaboration, this is a challenge most of the industry is facing.

Autodesk Vault is a world-class data management solution for the AEC industry. It’s gone through major revamping since it’s introduction, is tightly integrated with all Autodesk software, and is now in use at many AEC firms across the world.

CTC has comprehensive experience with Vault. Whether supporting current Vault customers, testing internally, or working to implement it for new clients, we are equipped to help you finally do something about your Data Management challenges.

We want to get to know you!Whether it’s roads, building sites, residential development, land surveying, airports, or rail design, people are using Civil 3D and related infrastructure software in many different ways. As a result, everyone has different support and training needs.

Every CTC training or implementation is preceded with us getting to know you. Whether a Mini-Class on Alignments, Automatic Linework Training for Surveyors, or a larger training plan, we feel it’s our duty to first understand your specific needs in order to recommend the proper services. And it’s completely free to you!

Unlike our competitors, we don’t have a generic “Civil 3D Essentials” course, because we know these simply don’t work. If you’ve ever taken one of these courses, you know what we’re talking about.

Call us today for a free phone consultation with a Civil Instructor, or to set up a free in-person fact-finding meeting!

WISDOT Certified InstructorsAre you a WISDOT design consultant? Wondering how to get your company up to speed with the new Civil 3D standards and workflows? CTC’s instructors are WISDOT Certified in all standards, workflows, templates and configurations. We have WISDOT-specific training classes and implementation plans. Contact us today!

Autodesk Certified Training CenterOur instructors stay up to date on the latest information from Autodesk, and have taught in many classroom settings. They are pasionate about helping professionals learn the Autodesk software thoroughly. Each year our instructors obtain their Infrastructure Design Sutie Certification from Autodesk.
