Unfortunately, there isn’t a lift at the venue.

The balcony reserved seats are only accessible via a staircase, customers with access requirements are recommended to consider this before booking balcony spaces.

Toilets A unisex accessible toilet is available. Personal assistant tickets You must purchase a full price disabled ticket to secure one free personal assistant ticket to any event. You will be required to provide accreditation at the box office, when the personal assistant ticket will be provided. Personal assistants are required to stay with the person they are accompanying throughout their time in the venue.

Any of the following accreditation will be acceptable:

• Front page of DLA/PIP (no specific rate) • Front page of Attendance Allowance letter (no specific rate) • Evidence that registered severely sight impaired (blind) • Recognised Assistance Dog ID card • CredAbility's Access Card

All personal assistant tickets are subject to availability.

Wheelchair Users There is a rope and post wheelchair and seated viewing area at the front of the venue, please note that this will not be raised. Customers with Hearing Impairments The Box Office counter will have a portable induction loop system to aid customers who use a hearing aid.

If you wish to use your hearing aid at the box office please turn it to the T position and the induction loop will transmit the signal to your hearing aid.

Arrival at the Venue It is recommended they you arrive 15 minutes prior to the door opening time and make yourself known to a member of security who will assist with your entry to the venue. Travel Guide

London Overground The venue is 0.5 miles from Hackney Central Station (which is connected to Stratford and Highbury & Islington underground stations) and 0.6 miles from Hackney Downs (which is connected to Liverpool Street and Seven Sisters underground stations). Hackney Central offers assistance to customers that require it including those who have not pre-booked any passenger assistance. A ramp is available for train access. There is step free access to ticket office and Platform 2 (eastbound) only. Access to Platform 1 (westbound) is via footbridge. Hackney Downs only offers assistance until 20:00.
