Introduction

Welcome to helloWorld Online Ordering Portal System. This site has been created with the intention to assist users

with the following:

• Ordering business cards

• Static items ie envelopes, letterhead etc

The site is a simple and easy method for users to access up to date information.

Logging In

To Access the site please go to the following URL using your Web Browser.

https://portal.mccollams.co.nz/login/helloworld

To log in, please enter your Username and Password. These will have been provided to you separately to this

document. Either press your enter key or use your mouse to click on the Login Button.

Once logged in, you have two menu options available on the left hand side of the window.

Home

The Home Screen displays a number of useful features including the Welcome message, Contact, Delivery and

Favourites sections along with Notifications.

Stationery Orders

Click on the Stationery Orders button this will then display 2 more tabs.

Browse – Stationery Orders tab displays the templates available to order along with static items.

Order History – Stationery Orders will display previous orders.

Under the Browse - Works Now button there are a number of items to select from.

To order items other than the Business Cards (which need personalising) fill in the quantity you require in the Qty

section above and select Order Now. This will add the item to your Basket.

You can Continue Shopping or your can Continue Order to complete your purchase (see page 6 for instructions on

completing your order)

For ordering Business Cards click on the Stationery Category and then the helloworld BC – Store item, fill in the details

in the first column ie Job Name and Quantity required. (1 = 1 box)

Now in the Personalisation section fill in all the relevant information ie. First name, Surname etc or select from a

dropdown list. (fields with an * next to it is a mandatory field) To upload your image click the Upload Image link and

select from your folder the image required.

Use the below guidelines for your image.

Your image is now attached to this template

Click the update preview to see your photo in the Business Card. If you are happy with this you can add the item to the

cart.

You can use the Split Window to see the fields you have added.

If you are happy with the card then select ‘Add to Cart, this will then display what is in your cart.

Click on Continue order to proceed and fill in the delivery and shipping options.

In the Shipping window click on the hyperlink Add from Address Book highlighted below.

Find the address you are wanting and check the radio button and click okay this will update all the fields in the shipping

window

DO NOT edit any of the address fields as these are automatically updated with the correct information upon

selecting from the Address Book above.

At the bottom of the window you now need to Save the address and then Proceed to purchase.

A window will now display with the address you have selected.

Next Proceed to Purchase where your payment will be via your credit card.

Click on Place my order to fill in the credit card details.

Fill in your credit card details and click on the submit button.

This will then display an Payment Complete window, click on next to complete the order.

The Order Confirmation window is now displayed which quotes the Order Number for your reference. Take a record of

this order number for your information.

Your order is now complete and will be processed. You can now logout at the top right of your window.

Here you can order items from the helloworld collateral Catalogue.

Fill in the quantity next to the item your require and select Place Order – if there are any fields that require information

this will be highlighted in red for you to populate. Selected Place Order again to progress

An order confirmation screen will display for you to confirm your order – if the order covers your rquirement you can

now click Confirm Order – this will then give you’re a Order Number for your confirmed order.
