Introduction

• MYBSNL app is application based on android/windows platform for mobile/tablet users.

• Provides real-time information to customers about the pending bills, facilitating payments and Prepaid top ups with ease of operation from anywhere and anytime.

• The objective of this App is to enable the customers to pay Postpaid /Landline bills and Prepaid Top up online through Mobiles/Tablets.

Explore My BSNL

• App. Download: Download My BSNL App from App Store.

• Install: Click the downloaded file and get installed.

• Registration: Accept the Terms & Conditions. Enter Contact Details : Mobile Number and email ID.

• Post registration:Click on BSNL icon to explore My BSNL which has following menus:

i) Landline ii) mobile iii) prepaid

Landline Bill Payment

• Click on Landline icon in Home screen.

• Enter the Phone number and Account number and click on ‘Submit’.

• The billing details will be displayed on the screen.

• Click on ‘Pay Now’ for Payment.

• Select the desired payment option i.e., Credit/Debit/Cash cards/Net banking/ Pay through IMPS.

• Complete the Payment in the Bank’s website.

• A receipt for successful payment will be displayed on screen and a confirmation issued through SMS.

• A receipt in PDF format also will be sent through email.

• Click on Mobile icon in Home screen.

• Select the service as ‘Mobile’.

• Enter the Post-paid Mobile number, Account number and click on ‘Submit’.

• The billing details will be displayed on the screen.

• Click on ‘Pay Now’ for Payment.

• Select the desired payment option i.e., Credit/Debit/Cash cards/Net banking/ Pay through IMPS.

• Complete the Payment in the Bank’s website.

• A receipt for successful payment will be displayed on screen and a confirmation issued through SMS.

• A receipt in PDF format also will be sent through email.

CDMA Bill Payment

• Click on Mobile icon in Home screen.

• Select the service as ‘CDMA’.

• Enter the CDMA number, Account number and click on ‘Submit’.

• The billing details will be displayed on the screen.

• Click on ‘Pay Now’ for Payment.

• Select the desired payment option i.e., Credit/Debit/Cash cards/Net banking/ Pay through IMPS.

• Complete the Payment in the Bank’s website.

• A receipt for successful payment will be displayed on screen and a confirmation issued through SMS.

Wi-Max Bill Payment

• Click on Mobile icon in Home screen.

• Select the service as ‘Wi-Max’.

• Enter the WiMax number, Account number and click on ‘Submit’.

• The billing details will be displayed on the screen.

• Click on ‘Pay Now’ for Payment.

• Select the desired payment option i.e., Credit/Debit/Cash cards/Net banking/ Pay through IMPS.

• Complete the Payment in the Bank’s website.

• A receipt for successful payment will be displayed on screen and a confirmation issued through SMS.

Wi-Max Bill Payment

• Click on Prepaid Icon in Home screen. • Enter the BSNL Prepaid mobile number. • Select the General TopUP / Flexi TopUp option. • Enter / select the required amount (Minimum of Rs.50 and

Maximum of Rs.5000 in multiples of Rs.10). • Displays Account details like Validity, Balance and selected voucher. • Click on ‘Proceed for Payment’ • Select the desired payment option i.e., Credit/Debit/Cash cards/Net

banking/ Pay through IMPS. • Complete the Payment in the Bank’s website. • A receipt for successful payment will be displayed on screen and a

confirmation issued through SMS.
