To change the personal information of a member, click on the Member Status button from the AUXDATA main menu.

If more than one flotilla is listed, highlight the desired flotilla, then click on the “Member” tab.

From the Member Status screen, you may update personal information, Patriot Readiness information and Emergency Contact Information.

To update personal information, highlight the desired member name and click “Update”

Information that cannot be changed on this screen are: Member ID, Enrollment date, Unit Number, Unit Name, Current Status and Current Status Date. Changes to these fields can only be made by DIRAUX.

Highlight the field to be updated, enter the new data. Press the tab key to move to the next item. When you are finished updating the information, click save.

Click Save

This is a DIRAUX entry function, so no changes are allowed. However, you may view the history of a member to find out the dates of change of status, transfer dates, etc.

When you are finished viewing this information, click “Back” to return to the Member Status screen.

From the Member Status Screen, you may update the Patriot Readiness information.

To change thePatriot Readiness information, select the member name, then select the Patriot Readiness tab.

The information on this screen can be obtained from the members by having them fill out section IV of the ANSC Form 7028 – Change of Member Information.

To select the days/evenings available for Coast Guard support operations. Check the box for the days, then select the radio button for day, night or either.

Select Days available

Check the boxes to answer “Yes” to these four questions. Leave blank for “No”.

Select “Yes”

When entering the first skill, click the down facing arrow and select the skill from the pull down list provided.

Click Arrow

To enter additional skills, click the Create Skill button. This will activate the next line for entry. Then click on the down facing arrow to select the skill from the menu.

Click Create Skill

When complete, click “Save”. Then click “Menu” to return to the AUXDATA Main Menu screen.

Click Save

From the Member Status Screen, you may update the Emergency Contact information.

To change theEmergency Contact information, select the member name, then select the Emergency Contact Information tab.

Note:If family members routinely participate in Auxiliary activities together, it is suggested that the Emergency Contact NOT be the other family member.

Place your cursor in the field, then enter the information.

Click to SaveWhen complete, click “Save”.

To return to the Main AUXDATA screen click “Menu”.

Click Menu to exit
