BackgroundDavid Tong, the Managing Director of CPA-Partnership since 2005 is a seasoned tax and accounting professional. He has diverseexperience spanning more than 45 years in major fields that include taxation, auditing and transaction advisory services. He has theunique distinction of working with the large accounting firms in different capacities from Audit Manager to Managing Partner whichare as follows:

Over a period of over 30 years in Touche and PKF, David has gained wide experience in assignments of a consulting nature (mainlyin hospitality consulting) besides assurance work such as statutory and internal audits; tax compliance and advisory services, duediligence (in mergers and acquisitions) and related work. David is a director and/or shareholder of a number of companies across adiverse range of industries that include investments, services, trading and non-profit in Singapore and abroad. His role at thesecompanies is mainly advisory in nature.

David is a fellow member of The Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and a fellow member of the Institute ofChartered Accountants in Australia and a Certified Management Consultant and Financial Planner (Malaysia). David has also servedas council member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants Singapore (ICPAS) (now know as Institute of Singapore CharteredAccountants) and was a founder member of Institute of Management Consultants Singapore.

David was appointed as Chairman of the International Trade Council for Singapore on March 1, 2015. He has also been appointed asthe Chairman of the Foundation of Rotary Clubs (S) Ltd and Rotary International District 3310 Prevention of Blindness Committeefrom 1 July 2015. He started this Committee and has been an advisor to the Committee since its formation in 2004.

David was recognized by the National Council for Social Services for his contributions. David has presented numerous papers on Accounting Standard and Auditors' Independence issues, Tax issues and CorporateFinance issues in Singapore, Manila, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, New York, Tokyo and London. David has been the Authorand editor of "The Singapore Hotel Performance Survey" from 1990 to 1995. (In collaboration with the Singapore Hotel Association).In 1993 co-authored the publication "The Accounting Profession in Singapore' with the American Institute of Certified PublicAccountants.

With his wealth of experience, David along with his team is committed to taking the firm to the highest level possible and iscurrently based out of the Singapore Office.



Professional Experience

Ranjani is a MBA professional with over 17 years of International account management experience in the areas of Bankingand Consulting. Her meticulous formula of 80% execution (do it), 15% Position (Stick to it) and 5% (Plan it) along with hernatural instinct to cross-sell has led to steady growth at all of the organizations she has served. She is an expert closelycommitted to a solution based approach and has a reputation for Integrity, Satisfaction and Results.

Ranjani has rejoined CPA-Partnership (then PKF) as a Director of Partnership, Financial Services and Compliance since January2016 and leads the business development efforts across the various verticals the firm operates in. She previously worked forthe firm between 1998 to 2001. Ranjani plays an integral role in developing and maintaining senior level partnerships acrossa diverse range of industries that include Financial Institutions, Consulting Companies, Corporates and Individuals. She alsoprovides advisory services and feasibility studies in her areas of expertise.

Between 2008 to 2015, Ranjani was the Deputy Country Head for Wells Fargo Bank Singapore and was seconded from the USto take on this position. She had the overall responsibility for the Singapore branch in the area of correspondent banking forboth Account Management and in Compliance. In this capacity, she had a keen sense of Product knowledge in CashManagement, Trade Finance, Credit , Factoring, Asset Management, Asset Distribution, FX, AML and Financial Crime. She alsohas the unique skill of being able to sell with risk in mind and is trained to provide AML advisory services as well asmitigations on the identified risks. Under her leadership, the revenues were the highest they had ever been during thebranch’s 35 year history and to commend her efforts, she was bestowed with the Global Sales Champion Award by the bank.

From 2001 through 2008, Ranjani held key Relationship Management positions in the United States in both Retail andCorporate Banking at Bank of America and Wells Fargo, USA as well as held a Managerial position with a large MNC,Enterprise Rent-a-Car. In these capacities, she was tasked with generating business while adhering to strict compliancecentric culture. During her tenure, she was consistently recognized as a top performer and was invited regularly for the VIPcircle award ceremonies within the banks.

With over 17 years of proven experience in International Relationship Management, Product Sales and Compliance, as wellas in applying a strong expertise in data-driven, long-term strategic planning, Ranjani is a welcome addition to the consultingservices CPA-Partnership offers its clients.

Consulting Experience

Ranjani was approached by a well-known consulting firm in September 2015 to do a short-term market study on theirFinancial Services Practice in Singapore to gain an understanding of the opportunities present within the banking area. Shewas commissioned to research, analyze and probe so as to fully understand client needs in AML, Internal Audit, ERM, DataAnalytics and Recruitment and provide the necessary feedback to the management team on her findings. She was alsodeputed to manage urgent needs and ensured delivery in key areas such as cost, schedule, resourcing, quality. In light of theexcellent partnership, the consulting company will continue to work with CPA-Partnership as an affiliate.

Ranjani assisted a Tier 2 bank in Singapore with their AML advisory needs in July 2015 and provided guidance onstrengthening their AML controls within the bank in the area of correspondent banking. She provided guidance on the TradeFinance requirements and controls within the branch.
