    Risk can not be eliminated but it should beminimized, for that we have to manage therisk so the image and reputation of thehospital would not be damaged.

    Should that ever happen, it could diminishthe trust of our consumer, which woulddecrease the amount of visit, in which would

    lead to the decrease of hospital income.
