Because A is an IN subs, so before try to find B number, SSP will communicate with IN. If A have enough credit, the call will be setup. But if not, IN will order SSP to send announcement to A and the call will be released.

During the call, SSP always communicate with IN to perform an online charging mechanism. If during the call, the credit of subs A decrease until minimum, IN will order SSP to release the call.

SCP (Service Control Point) :- Connecting IN system to SSP/MSC.- Handle all processes related to call setup and call processing (from IN side), So if all SCPs down, no call possible.- One IN block contain 2 SCPs, SCP01 and SCP02, and they share the load to each other. If 1 SCP down, the load will be handled by the other one.- Generate call tickets and send them to SMP after the call.
