Do the following two things available on my website before you come to class on Day 2:

1. Website Scavenger Hunt• Submit your answers in the form titled “Website Scavenger

Hunt” under the Online Assignment Submissions section.

2. Submit your Academic Conventions and Responsibilities Form• Click the link under Information for ALL Classes and fill out

the form. Be sure to click the submit button at the bottom of the form.

I will print out a report prior to class on Day 2; therefore, your form must be submitted before you enter my class on that day. You will receive a participation grade of a 100. Late penalties apply.
