    First Time Setup~Download

    Download the

    app Download the Intuitive Inspections application from the Apple store. The app

    is available for use with Andriod OS and Play store.

    Step Action

    1 Access the iTunes Apple store: https://itunes.apple.com

    If you have never had an Apple ID- you will need to set one up.

    2 From iTunes Apple store, search for and download Intuitive Inspections.

    3 Tap the Intuitive Inspections icon on your phone.

    Install and Open

    Save the Setup Once the URL is entered it can be saved for future logins.

    Log into Intuitive Inspections

    Login Login allows access to Inspections and Customer Information.

    Step Action

    1 Result: Site Selection

    Note: if there is only one site listed click Continue

    Note: The dashboard will display only Inspections that are assigned to the user Logged in.

    Synchronize the Data

    Sync to the

    Database Synchronizing the data accesses the CBI server and downloads all updated Inspections to the Mobile device.

    Step Action

    1 From the Home Screen Click on Menu Icon Tap Sync Now

    Note: Sync should be done at the beginning of each day and generally after an inspection is

    completed if connectivity is available.

    2 Result: This synchronization process could take a few minutes.

    Note: Screen may blink while the system is syncing.

    3 Result: Synchronize Screen Displays :

    4 Set amount of closed Inspections accessible from device. Add a number into the field and

    Tap SAVE.

    Home Screen~Search by Address

    Home

    Home screen displays Inspections assigned to you. Inspections are located

    easily by using the search address bar on the Home screen. The result list is

    manipulated through the Sort and Filter settings. Inspections are added to a

    job or mapped from this screen. Also you can reassign the primary inspector

    on multiple jobs in mass.

    Home Screen~Search by Barcode

    Barcode Scan

    Barcode Scan searches for Jobs using the Barcode feature. To turn on this

    feature, make the selection on the Sort & Filter screen.

    2 Tap the circle and Tap Apply

    3 Result: Home Screen View with Barcode applied

    3 Use the scanner feature in your device to scan the Barcode.

    Reassigning Primary Inspectors can be performed on a single inspection or

    multiple inspections.

    1 Tap Select Multiple on Home Screen

    Note: Allows the circles to appear next to inspections.

    Home Screen~Add a Quality Process to a Job

    Home

    Adding an Inspection directly to a Job. This function is not available in

    Airplane mode. First locate the Job and then add the appropriate template.

    **Terminology may be different-Quality Process, Inspection, Walkthrough.

    Working in Airplane Mode

    About Airplane

    Mode You can work offline in airplane mode. This is helpful if you anticipate

    working in a location with poor cellular connectivity. Be sure to synchronize

    before entering a non-connected state.

    About Map You can use the map feature to locate inspections on a map.

    Tap Pencil Icon at the bottom of the Home screen.

    2 Result: Select one or multiple Inspections by clicking on the clear circle to the left.

    Note: A blue check mark will fill the circle indicating selection.

    3 Tap Folded Map Icon MAP ME at the bottom of the screen.

    Pins indicate the location and priority level of the Inspection.

    About Map Turn by Turn directions are accessible from the schedule screen. This

    needs your location to be enabled.

    10 Map opens with turn by turn directions from current location to address.

    To Reassign Inspectors select a different name from the drop down field

    Note: All inspectors appear alphabetically.

    3 Optional: Select Secondary Inspector

    4 Tap on the field to open a selection box.

    Note: After selecting a name it moves to the top of the list.

    Scroll to locate inspector name.

    Select by tapping circle.

    Perform an Inspection Start

    Perform Inspections begin from the Inspection Schedule Screen

    Step Action

    1 Tap the Schedule Begin and Schedule End field to set Inspection Schedule. Scroll to set appropriate start/end date and time.

    Note: Default’s to current time and date if nothing is selected

    2 Tap to begin the Inspection

    4 Evaluate the Task description

    Note: If the word PICTURE appears in the description, than at least one Issue or Lineitem

    Picture is required. Reason codes may be entered during the final steps of the inspection a

    photo is not entered.

    5 Insert a value or a tap the circle next to checked or the N/A indicator.

    Note: Values can be entered with text or by selecting from the drop down options.

    Inspections are checklist or value entry.

    6 If you do not need to create an issue or take a picture-

    Continue to the next task description by taping the black arrow or blue Next button.

    Note: Next and Previous buttons are blue when there are additional screens.

    Perform an Inspection Add Picture to Issue

    Pictures Add Pictures to the Issue; these will be attached to the work order.

    Step Action

    1 Tap the Plus sign on the Issue Picture bar.

    Complete Completing Inspections allows the user to convert issues to work orders and

    obtain signatures.

    Complete Inspections~Send Report

    Complete Send Report allows the homeowner and the staff assigned to the Job to

    receive a copy of the completed Inspection Report.

    Note: There is a Site setting that determines whether the report will be sent to Contacts on

    the Job or Internal staff only.

    10 Send or Skip sending the report and the Inspection is finished. The App will automatically

    sync if you are connected and return to the Home Screen.
