We are “SEMILLAS LA FLORIDA” (VAT number ESV26069476) and “SOCIEDAD COOPERATIVA ARACIEL” (VAT number ESF31209208). We are a little familiar group, based in Spain, in the Rioja region, dedicated to the agricultural business, (Cereals and seed cereals). We also are fruit-growers, (pear, apple, and cherry, as well as Rioja grapes for Rioja red wine), particularly, CONFERENCE PEARS, and FUJI APPELS. We usually harvest the Conference pear, at the end of August, or in the beginning of September. We have a cold storage installation with controlled atmosphere, so that, we maintain the pear fresh, until the next June. In this area, we grow the Conference pear with a high quality, because we usually have a lot of foggy days, because of the river Ebro generate fog and very goods conditions to develop, in a natural way, the always appreciated and typical conference pear “roosetting”, with a very good taste, and a high BRIX. We are also integrated in the quality label called “Peras de Rincon de Soto”, (with a small quantity) but our real guarantee is the nearly 30 years we are growing Conference pears, by the integrated production method, taking care of environment.
