Balasubramanian Raman aged 66 years, is the Promoter of our Company. He has been the Director of our Company since incorporation. He is certified Management Consultant and the Member of Institute of Management Consultants’ of India. He has an experience of more than 35 years in paper industry. At present he is the Chairman and Managing Director of our Company

Nagalaxmi Balasubramanian aged 63 years, is the Promoter of our Company. She has been the Director of our Company since incorporation. She hold a degree in BSc and BEd. from Bangalore University. She has an experience of more than 30 years in paper industry. At present she is the Whole Time Director of our Company

OUR PROMOTERS

Balasubramanian Raman Balasubramanian Raman, aged 66 years, is the Chairman and Managing Director of our Company. He has been a Director of our Company since incorporation. He is certified Management Consultant and the Member of Institute of Management Consultants’ of India.

Nagalaxmi Balasubramanian Nagalaxmi Balasubramanian, aged 63 years is the Whole time Director of our Company. She hold a degree in BSc and BEd. from Bangalore University . She has been Director of our Company since incorporation.

Umakant Kashinath Bijapur Umakant Kashinath Bijapur, aged 61 years, is the Independent Director of our Company. He has been the Chief General Manager of Bank of Baroda and has 36 years of banking experience . While working in Tanzania as Managing Director of Bank of Baroda (Tanzania) Ltd, he established a strong brand image by maintaining bank stability, high growth, increased profits and decreased costs. His contribution as a banker to MSME sector is widely acclaimed. He holds MSc (Agri.) and Post Graduate Diploma degree in Management.

Shivkumar Giddu Shivkumar Giddu aged 63 years is the Independent Director of our Company. He has varied experience in hospitality industries, infrastructure projects, MSME industries manufacturing variety of products and has been at the helm of affairs of organizational structure contributing his knowledge and experience in finance, marketing, administration, etc. of a reputed company in Gujarat

Surendra Nemchand Shah Surendra Nemchand Shah, aged 57 years, is the Independent Director of our Company. He is also on the Board of Bodal Chemicals Limited as an Independent Director. He is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India holding certificate of practice since 1983

Orders are placed through the Indenting agents of the foreign shippers / bailers as per conditions detailed in indents.

On arrival of shipment, the customers make the payment against our invoice towards value of high sea sales

Sales and EBITDA ( Rs in Lakhs) Company is engaged in import of waste paper, pulp and specialty chemicals.

Order for these products are procured from the paper mills and chemical manufacturing units

The shippers load the shipments against the indents and send original documents on collection basis. High Seas sales agreements are entered for transfer of shipment with our customer.

BUSINESS MODEL

The Indian paper industry accounts for about 3% of the world’s production of paper. The estimated turnover of the industry is INR 50,000 crore (USD 8 billion) approximately and its contribution to the

exchequer is around INR 4,500 crore.

The industry provides employment to more than 0.5 million people directly and 1.5 million people indirectly. India is the fastest growing market for paper globally and it presents an exciting scenario; paper consumption is

poised for a big leap forward in sync with the economic growth.

The futuristic view is that growth in paper consumption would be in multiples of GDP and hence an increase in consumption by one kg per capita would lead to an increase in demand of 1 million tonnes.
