AcademiaEducator Series

Medtronic Academia Educator SeriesMedtronic Diabetes is committed to the ongoing education of Diabetes Educators who plan to pursue or who have an interest in insulin pump therapy and Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM).

Three sequential ADEA accredited one day workshops aimed at Diabetes Educators. Content focuses on insulin pump therapy and CGM (combining to form sensor augmented pump (SAP) therapy). Each offers access to the latest technologies and insight into the various processes involved, significant benefits of SAP plus provision of resources to help DE’s give effective SAP training to patients.

Earn 8 ADEA credentialing (or re-credentialing) points for each workshop. After you successfully complete each examination, a Certificate of Completion will be provided by Medtronic. To get the points, submit your certificate to ADEA.

Please note: a score of 80% is required for certification. Exams can be retaken if necessary.

We look forward to seeing you there!
