The Burma Nationals’ Association (BNA), representing Burmese, Karen, Karenni, Chin,

Rakhine, and Mon in Bowling Green, KY, would like to invite you cordially to attend the

above mentioned ceremony which will be held according to the information given below.

Time: 8.30 AM

Programs:

8.30AM: Opening ceremony with a song “Important Time Has Just Arrived”

--- Salute to the national flag of Burma and the fallen heroes

--- Opening Speech by President of the BNA, U Khin Maung Nyunt (Jimmy)

--- Reading Greetings from other organizations by U Moe Hein

--- Speech by Secretary General of the BNA, U Hein Htat

--- Invitation to guests to air their feeling and comment in regard to 8888

Uprising

--- Group Singing: “8888 National Uprising”

--- Closing Ceremony with 3 slogans: Spirit of 8888 National Uprising is an

Eternity! ; Down with the Military Dictatorship! ; Democracy will win over

the military rule eventually!

10.15AM: Religious ceremony-- prayers, meritorious deeds etc. for the fallen heroes

of 8888 according to Buddhism, Christianity and Islam.

11.00AM: Lunch will be served.
