CONDITIONS / CONFIRMATIONS / DEPOSITS / CANCELLATIONS:1. All pricing is based on currency exchange

rates advertised by the Reserve Bank of Australia on 10 September 2018, where AUD$1 equals USD$0.71. Should the AUD weaken against the USD by 5% or more when the trip is due to be taken, (i.e. AUD$1 equals USD$0.67 or less), delegates may be required to pay the difference between that amount and the lower value current at that time.

2. All packages valid for Australian delegates only.

3. Prices and Itinerary may be subject to change.

4. Registration Due by no later than Friday 22 March 2019.

5. First non-refundable deposit of $500.00 (per person) will be charged to your trading account immediately upon completing the registration form

6. For those eligible for the 12 equal monthly instalment option, deductions will commence in March 2019 (subject to credit approval).

7. Delegates’ trading accounts must remain within terms at all times up to and including time of departure.

8. In the event of a delegate requiring to cancel a package, please note the following dates and penalties apply in addition to the non-refundable deposit of $500.00 per person:

a. 25% of the total package price (including any optional activities chosen) for cancellations between April-June 2019

b. 50% the total package price for cancellations (including any optional activities chosen) between July- September, 2019

c. 75% the total package price for cancellations (including any optional activities chosen) between October – December 2019

d. 100% of the total package price for cancellations (including any optional activities chosen) between January 2020 and April 2020
