Challenge: INXPO, through Richter’s own strategic relations outreach, discovered Richter and became a client in early August 2012. INXPO had a new technology product they were taking to market and needed to gain exposure from the right target audience in order to open the doors to conversations that would help drive new sales, thereby monetizing their new product platform. Solution: INXPO signed on with Richter for the Strategic Relations program to focus on cultivating the exact relationships they needed that would monetize their product platform. Richter first created tools to be used within the strategy such as a text animated video, “Elevator Pitch” PDF, copywriting for exact messaging, and introduction pages to be put in front of the correct audience. A defined profile for their Target Public was developed and social media tools were specially created for the outreach. Once all tools were built and in place, a dedicated Strategic Relations account rep was assigned who then became familiar with INXPO. From there, the outreach strategy began. Result: Over the course of 90 days, Richter helped INXPO land a new account with Red Bull to use their new technology platform as well as 30 other ideal relationships that entered the sales cycle to be developed, which were all aligned with their company.
