Marketing of the event

Paid Media

We did a couple of spots over a week and 2

phone-ins on the breakfast show, to promote the

event.

We used paid media for a tactical approach.

All paid media was directed in the last week of registrations, to drum up the publicity, even as we had almost booked out the capacity by that time!

We covered:

Digital

Print

Radio

Survey Feedback

We did a post-event survey to find out how did the delegates like the Summit, and what was their take away. We did a qualitative analysis by creating a Word-Cloud of the feedback. And here is what we got: Majority of respondents used the terms: India, NZ, Business, Speakers… Which are the key areas, the Summit worked on! [What is a Word Cloud? It’s an image composed of words used in a particular text or subject, in which the size of each word indicates its frequency or importance. ]
