• Created a living Communications Plan
• Participated in 3-day configuration workshop
– 77 homework items
• Developed detailed mockups, workflows, user roles, tasks, and plans to describe exactly what the system will look like, field-by-field
• Updated many permit templates for better interface with the system
• Reviewed Testing, Software Hosting, and Data Migration Plans; performed data cleaning

User Acceptance Testing
• 3 day onsite training
• 40 day testing period – conducted from your home or office
• We will be using test cases and comparing to the Software Configuration Document.
• Test results and errors will be logged on the project team website and not closed until DNR concludes error has been corrected.
