(b) Sub-ect to the terms and conditions of this 'icense, you are granted a limited non*eclusie license to download iOS Software $pdates that may be made aailable by#pple for your model of the iOS Deice to update or restore the software on any suchiOS Deice that you own or control& This 'icense does not allow you to update orrestore any iOS Deice that you do not control or own, and you may not distribute orma+e the iOS Software $pdates aailable oer a networ+ where they could be usedby multiple deices or multiple computers at the same time& %f you download an iOSSoftware $pdate to your computer, you may ma+e one copy of the iOS Software$pdates stored on your computer in machine*readable form for bac+up purposesonly, proided that the bac+up copy must include all copyright or other proprietarynotices contained on the original&

limited to reproduction of non*copyrighted materials, materials in which you own thecopyright, or materials you are authori6ed or legally permitted to reproduce& Title andintellectual property rights in and to any content displayed by, stored on or accessedthrough your iOS Deice belong to the respectie content owner& Such content maybe protected by copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties, and maybe sub-ect to terms of use of the third party proiding such content& .cept asotherwise proided herein, this 'icense does not grant you any rights to use suchcontent nor does it guarantee that such content will continue to be aailable to you&

(f) ou agree to use the iOS Software and the Serices (as de2ned in Section 7 below)in compliance with all applicable laws, including local laws of the country or region inwhich you reside or in which you download or use the iOS Software and Serices&0eatures of the iOS Software and the Serices may not be aailable in all languagesor regions, some features may ary by region, and some may be restricted orunaailable from your serice proider& # 4i*0i or cellular data connection is re5uired

(g) $se of the #pp Store re5uires a uni5ue user name and password combination,+nown as an #pple %D& #n #pple %D is also re5uired to access app updates and certainfeatures of the iOS Software and Serices& %n addition, you ac+nowledge that manyfeatures, built*in apps, and Serices of the iOS Software transmit data and couldimpact charges to your data plan, and that you are responsible for any such charges&

ou can iew and control which applications are permitted to use cellular data andiew an estimate of how much data such applications hae consumed under 8ellularData Settings& 0or more information, please consult the $ser 9uide for your iOSDeice&

(h) %f you choose to allow automatic app updates, your iOS Deice will periodicallychec+ with #pple for updates to the apps on your deice and, if one is aailable, theupdate will automatically download and install onto your deice& ou can turn o: theautomatic app updates altogether at any time by going to Settings, tap iTunes ; #ppStore, and under #utomatic Downloads, turn o: $pdates&

(i) $sing your iOS Deice in some circumstances can distract you and may cause adangerous situation (for eample, aoid typing a tet message while driing a car orusing headphones while riding a bicycle)& By using your iOS Deice you agree thatyou are responsible for obsering rules that prohibit or restrict the use of mobilephones or headphones (for eample, the re5uirement to use hands*free options forma+ing calls when driing)&
