Jonathan Paul Ive was born in February 1967 in London and grew up in Chingford, Essex. He is a British designer the one who design the products for Apple Computer for example iMac, iPod and iPhone.

In 1992, he moved to San Francisco, USA for joining Apple, he’s the senior vice president of Industrial Design at Apple. He studied Industrial Design at Northumbria University.

His design made Apple become famous after the company was effected by Microsoft. After that he won many award such as

• RSA, Benjamin Franklin Medal 2005• Design Museum, Designer of the Year, 2002 and

2003• D&AD, President’s Award 2005

He developed the new interesting product with high design that increases the profit for Apple.

The style of Apple are quite different to other technology. The style shows how creative and good imagination of the person who had been designed.It’s not very fancy style, it look smooth, clean, light and match to the time of using. Apple had created many products, such as computer, laptop,Mp3 players, and cell phones.We also like the logo of these products, it’s unique from others logo because the apple logo look is likes a brand of clothes.

We think it shouldn’t be the same because there are many designers in this world.

They can invent a lots of idea maybe they have more creative to design graphic, but they don’t have enough money to investment their project.

Some company hiring groups of graphic design to design their project, which mean it should have many brains working out together and the result of work will come out perfect.
