1. Iran Offshore Projects Outlook is a seminar to which a number of attendees are invited

to engage in focused meetings with relevant stakeholders and to explore networking

possibilities.

2. The seminar venue is located in a historic castle in the immediate vicinity of The

Hague, within the unique surroundings of “Landgoed De Wittenburg” in Wassenaar.

3. The seminar will be organised by CBC Oil & Gas and by Business and Knowledge Center

Holland B.V. – BusiNow -, with permission and support of the Embassy of the Islamic

Republic of Iran.

4. The seminar will be held on October 27th and 28th, 2015. In addition to the seminar,

CBC Oil & Gas and BusiNow will prepare and organise exclusive Sponsor services on

October 29th and 30th 2015, such as highly specialised workshops, colloquiums,

network events, shop- and site visits, etc..

5. This seminar only accommodates up to a number of highly specialised Oil & Gas

related participants. The selection, invitation and final registration of participants

will solely be executed by the organisers of the seminar, whilst remaining in close

contact with their esteemed Supporters and Sponsors of the seminar. Iranian and

European companies, who are selected and received an invitation, should introduce

their representatives (maximum 2 persons) by completing the application form and

submitting this to [email protected]. Any additional attendee would cost 2.800 Euro

per person. Organisers reserves the right to not finalise participants’ registration,

when the limited number of maximum participants has been reached. Organisers will

finalise registration in order of importance and order of signing up.

6. The invitees are welcome to make use of the sponsorship opportunities and other

services as further presented.

7. Those companies, who are interested in giving a presentation, are requested to inform

the organisers accordingly by using the application form. Only a limited number of

highly specialised speakers will get the opportunity to present. Organisers reserve

exclusive rights to decide which speaker will present. This selection will be based

on the value of the proposed presentations in respect of seminar goals and level of

relevance. Organisers will contact interested and notified speakers after final seminar

registration.

8. Organisers could assist the guests in booking their hotel accommodation.

Accommodation and transportation are at the attendees’ own expenses; key speakers

form an exception to this. Participants will receive further details on this in due time.

9. The two-day talks include a serie of presentations and opportunities for networking.

10. Program will start on Tuesday October 27th and will be held from 8:30 AM until 5:00

PM, as well as on Wednesday October 28th from 8:30AM until 5:00 PM.

(following conclusion of the respective seminar day programs). Organisers will inform

regulation related to compliance issues and furthermore, oil fields matters, exploration, development

3. SHOP AND SITE VISITS

The organisers are pleased to offer you separate visits to Rotterdam and Zeeland seaports and to (Dutch)

sponsor shops and facilities. We will inform you on a frequent basis about these additional possibilities

after your final registration.

4. COSTS OF REGISTRATION AND SERVICES

1. GENERALThe new contractual agreements to negotiate between NIOC and major oil players such as

Shell, Total and others in the post sanction era, will take place in order to develop the Iran

oil fields projects. The contractors must also form their partnerships between both European

and Iranian stakeholders. Focused on a high-level, the event will provide an excellent platform

to explore new business relationships. The seminar setting provides sponsors with an ideal

platform for tailored networking and contact with potential business partners. Exhibiting and

Sponsorship options are extensive and packages can be tailor-made to suit your individual

company’s needs.

2. ENTRANCE FEEAll participants, except speakers and some selected Iranian guests, will be charged by organisers

for visiting the seminar. Invoicing will take place after correct and completed registration.

Registrations will be final after receiving participants’ payments on one of organisers’ bank

accounts.

3. SPONSORSHIPS

3.1 Types of Sponsors

Participants are invited to become one of the seminar’s sponsors.

Organisers agreed with Iranian Bank Mellat to be one of the main-sponsors.

Main-sponsorship will be strictly limited to only a few pre-selected companies.

Numbers of normal sponsors out of final registered seminar participants will not be limited.

3.2 Main-sponsors

Organisers selected a limited number of esteemed participants to act as a main-sponsor.

Main-sponsors are invited to join the seminar and other organisers’ related services for free.

The organisers will ensure that all main-sponsors’ interests will be facilitated and will

be promoted in accordance with the main-sponsorship agreement and conditions.

3.3 Sponsors

Sponsorship engagement will give sponsors rights to register for e.g.:

a) Joining of additional organisers’ services, during October 29th and 30th, 2015

b) Advertising in seminar program brochure.

c) Presenting sponsor’s company during networking events, by placing promotion stands in

networking rooms and/or at networking areas.
