SALES REPRESENTATIVE
iReuse LLC is an innovative company providing software and services to large enterprises. iReuse helps companies
improve their operational efficiency and reduce their environmental impact through measured results. Clients include
PG&E, Delta Dental Insurance, Charles Schwab, Kaiser Permanente, Boise Paper, and many others.
Position Description We are looking for an experienced sales professional who is interested in growing the iReuse customer base and providing valuable solutions to industry leaders in the corporate operations and real estate field.
Responsibilities Actively search for, find, develop, and close business in all non-named accounts via telesales, email, and in person
Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
Continually develop pipeline for new business
Manage an existing base of business and grow that business
Maintain an accurate leads and prospect database including pipeline and forecast information in our CRM
Drive post-sales business and create new programs to market and sell creatively to an existing customer base
Employ company’s sales methodology to ensure solid forecasts and pipeline
Effectively demonstrate the products and services
Clearly understand and position the products and services to our prospect base
Work collaboratively with our marketing and consulting leads to define and enhance our products and service offerings
Requirements The ideal candidate must be sales focused, a great communicator, and a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. • 5+ years sales experience to large enterprises preferably in the operations and real estate division
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required • Prior work experience in corporate operations or real estate a plus
• Proven ability to establish and maintain executive level relationships • Strong leads generation know-how
• Demonstrated experience managing the full sales cycle from prospect, demo, contract negotiation and
through close of initial deals and renewals • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and revenue goals • Strong ethical approach to selling and business practices in general • Demonstrate strong work ethic, reliability, and personal accountability • Very comfortable with email, web, Microsoft technologies and CRM software
• Energetic, upbeat, tenacious team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
