Soda bread.

Ingredients:

155 gr of wheat flour, 155 gr wheat flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 255 ml of buttermilk.

To make homemade buttermilk: 250 ml milk (can be lactose), 1 tablespoon lemon juice.

Banana bread.

Ingredients:

2 cups flour

2 teaspoons baking podwer

teaspoon salt

cup sugar

2 eggs

1/3 cup melted butter

1 cup mashed bananas

Potato bread.

Ingredients:

330g bread flour (plus more for flouring the work surface and the plate of the furnace)160g mashed potato10g of salt100ml water14g of yeast10cl of milk
