Big Event Weekend
One of the biggest events of the year in South Carolina is upon us again! The annual Flowertown Festival in Summerville is a 3 day weekend full of fun activities, crafts, music, food, and flowers. Parking can be tough so plan ahead March 27-29. More info.
Another anticipated event is the Cooper River Bridge Run on Saturday, March 28th. There’s no better way to run the Ravenal Bridge than with hundreds of your closest friends! This year marks the 38th year for the 10k run. More info.

Market AnalysisAWAY WE GO!! 2015 looks to be a banner year for the local real estate market! In the Tri-County area, sales were up almost 18% and new listings were up nearly 11% comparing end of year numbers. In fact, home sales in January broke an eight year record! Whats fueling this recovery: " low interest rates, accelerating private job growth, and decreased debt forgiveness is credited with empowering consumers to buy homes". Home prices continue to inch upward, and the average "days on market" continue to decrease at a modest pace.
