    1. Blood loss (including from heavy menstrual bleeding)

    2. Menstrual bleeding

    3. Poor absorption of iron by the body- Red wine , coffee , tea Vegetables : Spinach chard, beet greens, sweat potatoWhole grains and branSoy products
