We effectively processed this waste fraction to provide a saleable market grade iron ore. Our main focus was around not only decreasing the alumina and silica levels but also ensuring maximum levels of yield were achieved.

This has ensured effective removal of the -5mm material from the 5-30mm processed ore which is used as feed for the DRI kilns

The new plant has delivered a 2% point increase in Fe in both the 0-5mm and 5-30mm processed ore significantly improving metallization

The inclusion of galvanised walkways and access stairs as standard on the AquaCycle offers both Health & Safety and operational efficiency advantages.

All walkways are fully compliant with European Health & Safety specifications and offer easy access for operators and maintenance personnel. This minimises time required for maintenance thus maximising the operational time of the plant.

- Recommended Spares Lists detailing plant wear parts that should be held in stock to minimise plant downtime when maintenance work is required.

- Access to your own tailored ‘MyCDE’ area of the CDE web site where all documentation relating to your plant is stored for quick and easy access. This also includes a facility where you can arrange a service visit from one of our team of qualified AquaCycle Service Engineers.

A dedicated project team is appointed as soon as the project goes live which contains all the major disciplines required to deliver you a truly world class project.
