Climax PIR Foam: The Insulation Material of the Future

Climax panels are made of PIR (Polyisocyanurate) foam, which belongs to the B-s1,d0 fire reaction class, the highest standard currently available for this type of product. Polyisocyanurate foam classed B-s1,d0 provides a high level of passive protection against fire by limiting the flame spread in the event of a fire. Climax panels’ insulating foam is enhanced with the groundbreaking magenta pigments, which increase the adhesion of both components, foam and steel, by three times. They significantly improve the mechanical performance and dimensional stability of the panel ensuring the highest level of protection for your property.

CLIMAX PARETE is an insulated metal panel for vertical installation designed for civil and industrial construction, including internal and external construction projects, and for internal ceiling support.

The panel has a ribbed finish and a joint in slightly conical shape designed to ensure the perfect sealing of the joint during installation and the continuity of the insulation. A specially provided gasket is placed in the joint for a better guarantee of tightness.

CLIMAX COPPO is a self-supporting metal panel intended for residential roofing with a minimum slope of 7%, which require high-performance thermal insulation, capacity and resistance to climatic agents without renouncing to functionality and aesthetic.

The outer side comes with different types of finishes obtained through a coil-coating paint process for preservation over time, while the internal side lends itself to an attractive appearance thanks to the high quality of the finish.

The joint ensures a solid seal and stops an eventual rise of water thanks to the unique “NAV Silex ribbing", which optimises joint strength and aesthetics, and also creates a "safety" drainage channel for capillary action.

CLIMAX GRECA is a self-supporting metal panel with ribbed design intended for roofs with a minimum slope of 7%. The exterior of the panel has five ribs and micro-ribs are set on the flat parts to enhance the load-bearing capacity, while the inner side features a slatted finish.

The wing of the empty rib that overlaps on the full rib is very long and strengthened by a micro-rib which enhances the grip even further. At the top of the joint’s full rib, a gulch watershed stops the water from rising by capillarity.

For the internal part of the joint a further rib has been designed to strengthen the joint and improve its aesthetics. It also creates a "safety" drainage channel to remove capillarity and condense moisture entering the joint.
