Single-card Central processor ModuleTheheartoftheCentralprocessorModulesistheCPU4000thatconsistofacombinationofServerInterfaceCard(SIC)andInSkinServer(ISS).Itoffersaflexible,powerful,highperformanceCentralProcessorfunctionfortheiS3000singleprocessorcommunicationplatform.TheInSkinServerisanindustrialgradeprocessorboardrunningembeddedWindowsXPoperatingsystem.Itincludesa2Gbflashdiscandatleasta0.5GbRamformemoryfunctions.TheCPU4000increasestheiS3000system’sIPcapabilitiestotheirfullextent.Upto1216ports(eitherfullSIPorTDMoramix)canberealizedeasilywiththisnewindustrialprocessorunit.TheCPU4000has3ethernetportsand4USBportsformanagement,control,dongleconnectionandfutureapplications.Anonboardbatterypowerstheonboardrealtimeclockifwanted.
