Isingeniso

Ihloso yesitifikeyidi seFundo Mazombe kanye neBandulo mayelana nabafundi esele babaDala (i-GETCA) inikela ubufakazi bokobana abafundi esele babadala banesisekelo selwazi elidzimelele eemfundweni ezilandela umthetho othileko, iindlela zokwenza, amakghonofundwa kanye nokumagugu. Amakghonofundwa la athuthukisa ihlalakuhle, ipolotiki nokuzibandakanya emnothweni ngendlela efaneleko. Okhunye godu abumba isisekelo seragelo phambili nokufunda begodu/ nanyana indlela ehlekelileko yokufunda, kanye nokwenza ngcono ikghonakalo yokobana abafundi bakghone ukuthola umsebenzi. Lendlela emahlangothi-manengi kwezefundo ifuna ukuthuthukiswa ngokupheleleko kwabafundi esele babadala. Abafundi kungenzeka baphume esikolweni nanyana baphazanyiswe yindlela yokufunda nokufundiswa eenkolweni. Ihlelo lezefundweli lifuna abafundaba bavuseleleke ngobutjha ukuze bazibandakanye ngokupheleleko kumikhakha yehlalakuhle ngokomnotho kanye nokuphakamisa izinga lokuthuthukisa amazinga wobulungiswa nokulingana enarhenabo. Lehloso ehlanganisa koke ngokufundiswa kwabafundi esele babadala ifuna indlela yokufundisa ehlukileko kunaleyo elandelwa eenkolweni. Ngokunjalo, ihlelo lezefundo lamalimi wesintu we-Afrika belikhetha indlela yokufundisa ngokwehlalo namasiko elenza lokhu okulandelako: ukuvuselelwa kwamasiko, ukuqinisekiswa kokuzazi kwabo ngokwevelaphi yabo, nokufinyelela iindlela zokwakha ilwazi kanye nemiqondo. Koke lokhu okungehla kusisekelo sokuthuthukisa umfundi osele amdala ngokupheleleko. Ukwethulwa kwehlelo lezefundo Amakghono aqakathekileko athuthukiswako ehlelweni lezefundo le-GETCA ngilawa alandelako:

Ikghono lokuthuthukisa iingcenyana eziluliweko zomsebenzi otlhanyiweko otjengisa ibandulo elizwakalako lomkhumbulo begodu/nanyana ukuthuthukiswa kwengcoco enqophileko nanyana ipikiswano okuqaliswe kiyo;

Ikghono lokufunda umsebenzi otlhanyiweko ongeziweko, ukuyihlaziya ukobana uhlukanise amaphuzu aqakathekileko, ukucabangisisa ngalokhu bese ubika nanyana ucoce ngemibono nemicabango esuselwa kilokho okucabangisiswa ngakho;

Ukuhlobanisa imicabango nemibono ebuya emahlelweni wefundo ahlukahlukeneko nalokho okwenzeka ephasini mazombe, endaweni nokwenzeka epilweni yomuntu ngokwakhe;

Ukuqinisekisa indlela yokwenza ifundo izwakale ibe ngesebenza ngokufaneleko ukuze kuthuthukiswe ipilo yomuntu nomphakathi

abafundi abahlala kiwo, endaweni abasebenza kiyo kanye nemaphilwenabo.

Ukobana kuzuzwe lokhu, ukufundisa nokuhlola ku-GETCA kufuna abafundi bathuthukise iindlela ezifaneleko kanye namakghonofundwa ukobana bakwazi ukuzakhela iingcenye zemitlolo eluliweko bese bazinikela isikhathi esaneleko ukobana babuyelele kanengi (baphrakthise). Abafundi banikelwa imithetho eziinkomba ukobana ibasekele ukuthuthukisa leendlela zokwenza namakghonofundwa. Umfundi ngamunye uyakhuthazwa ukobana acabangisise ngalokho akufundako ngendlela etjengisa bona akusikho ukutjheja imicabango, imibono nelwazi elifakwe kilelihlelo lezefundo kwaphela, kodwana bakwazi ukubumba ukuzazi ububona babo. Imimongo efundiswa kilelihlelo lezefundo nginasi: ilimi nokuzithuthukisa komuntu, ilimi nephasi elisizombezileko, ilimi nendawo yomsebenzi kanye nesiko elithandwa babantu abanengi, zemitlolo kanye nezokuzithabisa. Nasele kukoke, imimongo le ilungiselelwe indlela yokuzwisisa ilimi njengento yokuqinisekisa ukuzazi wena kanye nokuthola amasu wokwakha ilwazi nemiqondo kubafundi esele babadala. Silifundelani ilimi lesiNdebele Ukufunda ilimi lesiNdebele kuyisika yamahlelo wokufunda: ukwazi nokuzazi. Abantu abakhuluma isiNdebele banomlando wokobana ilimi labo liyanyazwa, leqiselwa amehlo, kwehliswa nesithunzi sabo begodu kuqalelwa phasi nendlela okuqalwa ngayo ilimi labo lokha nalimadaniswa namalimi wezinye iinarha. Nabafundiswe ngendlela efaneleko bazokwazi ukuzivulela amathuba wokuzibandakanya kwezomnotho kanye nehlalo ngemisebenzi nanyana ngokuragela phambili ngefundo. Ituthuko yokuzazi ubuwena iyipumelelo ekulu. Lokhu kusiza ekwakheni izakhamuzi ezizibandakanya ngokupheleleko kwezomnotho, kwezepolotiki nakuhlalakuhle yenarha bafake isandla ekuthuthukiseni inarhabo.

Njengombana kuveziwe ngehla, indlela elandelwako kilesisifundo itjhide khudlwana kileyo okufundiswa ngayo ngaphasi kwehlelo lokufundisa lefundosisekelo. Isifundwesi sihlelwe ngendlela ebonelela labo abakhuluma ilimi lebele (abalimunyileko) kanye nalabo abangakalimunyi kodwana abakghonako ukulisebenzisa. Ngokwazi bona isiqhema sabafundi esele babadala linezimo zepilo ezihlukeneko, ihlelo lefundweli lakhiwe phezu kwekambisolawulo eqalelele ukutjhugutjhuguluka nokukhambisana namaphilo wabafundi. Ngikho-nje, ihlelo lezefundweli lisekelwa ngokwendlela yokuqala ihlalo namasikopilo okuyinto egandelela khudlwana bona abakhulumi belimi balisebenzise njani kunokuqala bona isakhiwo selimi sinjani. Ngamanye amagama, ukusifunda nokusifundisa isiNdebele kufanele kubonwe ngelihlo elizombeleze ihlalo nesikopilo. Ukuqinisekisa ukuzazi ubuwena nokwenza ngcono amakghono wabafundi esele babadala ngokuthuthukiswa kwehlalakuhle nezomnotho, amasiko kanye nomlando kuzakuba maphuzu aqakathekileko kilelihlelo lezefundo. Indlela yokufundisa isiNdebele ngokusebenzisa ihlalo namasikopilo, iqala ifundo njengekambiso yokwakha amatshwayo nemiqondo (isimiyothiki) lapha ukubambisana emisebenzini eyenziwa babantu kuqakatheke khona. Ihlaba iindlela zokuphathwa kwamakghonofundwa nokucabanga ezinqophileko nezenza izinto zilandelane nalezo ezihlukanisako. Ibuye iphakamise bona umqondo kufanele ube mumongo wananyana ngiliphi iyunithi lesifundo. Ibumbe iingcenye eziqakathekileko zomkhakha ngamunye wesifundo. Lendlela inikela ukutjhida kweendlela zokwazi ezikhambelana nekambisolawulo yesintu yo-Ubuntu (Ngingilokho engingikho) lapha ubujamo namatjhebiswano wokubusana atholakala khona. Ngokuyelela indlela yesikopilo, umnqopho wehlelo lezefundweli kusebenzisa imithombo esemthethweni ukwenza ngcono amakghono wokuthintana, imikghwa yokucabanga nokusetjenziswa kwelimi kanye nokuveza izinto ngeendlela ezifaneleko. Kuzakufakwa neendleleni ezihlukahlukeneko zokwethula ukuhlangabezana neendingo ezihlukahlukeneko zabafundi esele babadala. Ihlelo lezefundweli lisebenza ngokucabanga bona umfundi okhona okungasenani unelwazi lokusebenza kwelimi lesiNdebele.

Iminqopho

1. Ukuhlola ukusetjenziswa kwelimi njengendlela yokuveza imikghwa yesikopilo nokusebenza kwalo. Lokhu kuzokusiza abafundi esele babadala ukwenza lokhu:

1.1. Ukubumba nokuqinisekisa ukuzazi kwabo ngokukhambisana nomlando wamasikopilo; 1.2. Ukwenza ngcono ilimi labo kanye nokusetjenziswa kwalo ebujameni obuhlukahlukeneko; 1.3. Ukukhulumisana nokuhlathulula ilwazi ngendlela efaneleko;

2. Ukusebenzisa ilimi njengendlela yokuzibandakanya nezephasi ngelihlo lokuhlaba;

3. Ukunikela abafundi esele babadala amathuba wokufunda aqakathekileko ukwenzelela bona bakghone lokhu:

3.1. Ukulemuko ukuqakatheka kwelimi emaphilwenabo wangamalanga; 3.2. Bazizwe bazethemba ngokusebenzisa nokuzibandakanya ebujameni obuhlukahlukeneko; 3.3. Ukubalungiselela ukobana baragela phambili neemfundo lapha ilimi lesiNdebele liba sisetjenziswa, ingasi ngelimi kilezomfundo ezifundiswa ngelimi lesiNgisi.

4. Ukuthuthukisa iindlela zokusebenzisa ilimi ezenza bona bakwazi lokhu:

4.1. Ukulalela nokukhuluma ngendlela esebenzako; 4.2. Ukufunda, ukukhulumisana nokuzwisisa imihlobo ehlukahlukeneko yemisebenzi etlhanyiweko; 4.3. Ukukhuluma ngokuzethemba ngesiNdebele lokha nabakhulumako nalokha nabatlolako; 4.4. Ukukhiqiza nokutsenga iindlela ezihlukahlukeneko zokukhulumisana ngendlela efaneleko ezikhambisana nobujamo; 4.5. Ukungena nokuzibandakanya ngepumelelo eendaweni zokusebenza.

5. Ukuthuthukisa nokugcugcuzela ithando lezemitlolo, ubukghwari bomlomo, umbukiso, iinkondlo namafilimu; 6. Ukukhuthaza ikghono lokuzitlamela Kanye nokuzakhela imifanekiso ngelihlo lomkhumbulo;

Imiphumela yokuqeda ikhwalifikhetjheni

Ekupheleni kwekhosi le abafundi kufanele bakghone ukwenza lokhu: 1 Ukulalela nokukhuluma mayelana neminqopho ehlukahlukeneko, ubujamo

kanye nabamukelilwazi; 2 Ukufunda nokubukela imisebenzi etlhanyiweko ukobana bazwisise nokuhlola ngelihlo elihlabako bese baziphendulela kumisebenzi ehlukahlukeneko yezemitlolo etlhanyiweko nakuleyo engasiyo yezemitlolo. 3 Ukutlola nokwethula mayelana neminqopho ehlukahlukeneko nabamukelilwazi ngokusebenzisa imithetjhwana neendlela ngokufaneleko ebujameni obuhlukahlukeneko. 4 Ukusebenzisa izakhiwo zelimi kanye nemithetjhwana ngendlela efaneleko.

Ihlelo lendlela yokufundiswa kokufunda nokutlola kanye nesilinganiso

samazinga wemiphumela yokuqeda ikhwalifikhetjheni Iindlela zokwazi, ukucabangisisa nokwahlulela mayelana nokuhlakanipha komkhumbulo vele vele sezikhona kwezehlalo yabantu kanye nakumasikopilo. Ngokukhambisana nobunjalo betjhebiswano labafundi ababakhulumi belimi lesiNdebele emphakathini, kukhuthazwa tle ukobana abafundi banikelwe amathuba aneleko wokwabelana nabangani nabafundi kanye nabafundisi ngeendaba eziphathelene netuthuko emaphilwenabo. Ukobana bazuze ngefundo imisebenzi yokutlola izobasiza ukobana bacabange khudlwana ngalokho abakufundako nangeenhloko abazifundako babuye godu bacabange ngokukhambisana kwefundwabo nepilwabo yamalanga woke.

Umsebenzi wejenali ebulimi-nengi ingalindlela elandelako:

a. Ivumela abafundi ukobana bazijayeze (baphrakthise) ukunande batlola kodwana ngaphandle kokuba nevalo lokobana ukutlola kuzakuhlanganiswa nokuhlola; b. Inikela umfundi ngemininingwana okungeyakhe emayelana neragelo phambili ekukhambeni kwesikhathi ngeemfundo zabo begodu ingafaka nesihlathululi-mezwi okungesakhe nange umfundi nanyana umfundisi akhetha ukufaka umsebenzi lo; c. Isiza ekutheni umuntu azibuthelele; d. Isiza abafundi bona babe nesazelo sokuzibandakanya ekambiswenabo yokufunda, ukuzibandakanya nokuhlaziya iphasi elibazombileko ngelihlo elibukhali.

2. Imisebenzi etlhanyiweko mayelana nokufunda kanye nokuhlaziya: Kuyeleliswa abafundisi bona bakhuthaze abafundi ukobana bafunde imisebenzi etlhanyiweko abahlangabezana nayo ngamalanga. Ukuvumela abafundi ukobana balethe imisebenzabo etlhanyiweko abazikhethele yona: Kungaba mkhangiso ogadangisiweko, itlibhu yefilimu yeendaba zemiphakathi, umsebenzi wezobukghwari (isib. idzila). Ukuhlaziya okwenziwa etlasini kuvula imihlobo eminengi yamathuba wefundo. Okhunye godu kukhuthaza ukuzibandakanya kwabafundi okuragela phambili nokuhlaziya okungezekileko. Kukhuthaza godu nelemuko lamasiko kubafundi ephasini elibazombileko kanye nokuzazi bona ngokwamasiko. UMMONGO 2: ILIMI NOMPHAKATHI OSIZOMBILEKO
