ISO 14001:2015 AWARENESS
ISO 14001, revised approximately every five years, last saw revisions in 2004. ISO have announced that the next
revision of the standard will be in September 2015. ISO 14001 is one of ISO’s most important standards, with many
major purchasers requiring suppliers to hold a certificate. Currently the status of the standard is a Draft International
Standard (DIS 14001)
For organizations which have been implementing ISO 14001:2004, with the revision to the ISO 14001 standards to the
potential new ISO 14001:2015, a review of the environmental management system will be required to adapt to new
requirements.(currently ISO/DIS 14001:2015)
In this training, through group activities and individual participation you will understand what is needed for the

Mr. Tejwinder Singh, is a pioneer in quality system management development in Malaysia with more than 20 years of experience.
His last position was that of Managing Consultant of a UK based international consulting firms with its regional office in Kuala Lumpur.
