BP – post Deepwater Horizon
• BP conducted a systematic review of all major risks to which their worldwide assets were exposed
• Risk profile at BP Hound Point judged to be “the highest level irrespective of probability”
• Low probability but high risk

UK Aircraft Carrier Project
• Two aircraft carriers

• Bridge sections fabricated in China
• 233 bridge sections to be moved by barge
